[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer last week to replace a 13 year old washer & the Samsung 4.5 cu ft large cap smart front load washer definitely more than fit the bill especially since it is an energy saving device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product for a week now. It is very quiet. I’m loving the set. I did notice, if I over load it, it shakes when it spins. I have it stacked, so it’s the dryer that’s noticeably shaking. I guess I need to not over load it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that I was so surprised by the amount of space the Samsung 4.5 cu ft Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer is so much more than I had expected. As a mom of three sons it’s very important that we have a machine that can handle their football & basketball loads plus our families normal weekly loads. I fell in love with my front loader on day one. I was so amazed to learn that I could do a full load in just 28 minutes and have the option to run it longer if needed. Front loading machines can sometimes give the appearance that they can’t handle large loads and Samsung is the leader for their innovation. I’m a Flight Attendant and often on the road so having the wi-fi connectivity option is so convenient and allows me to control my washer from the palm of my hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Washer is doing a great job with the laundry that has been washer in it so far. Blankets, Sheets, Towels, Clothes...all being washed well in this machine. Really love the front loader, it is our first one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product three weeks ago and so far it’s been good. I’m hopping that in a year I would love the washer product but as of now it’s okay when washing my load. The outside washer is beautiful.

This is the SECOND Samsung washer I have purchased in 1 year. The first one which I purchased from a big box store knocked and rattled so much during the rinse and spin cycle, they finally agreed to replace it. I got the second unit directly from Samsung.com in June 2023. Now, only 2 months later, the second washer is doing the SAME THING. I can't even wash clothes while on a Zoom call in my home office with both the laundry room and home office door closed because it sounds like a freight train is coming through my home. I'm beyond frustrated!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my new washer installed on Sunday and washed 3 loads of clothes.......first thing I noticed....clothes come out wrinkle free! SOLD! Wash was quick and almost silent! SOLD! SO FAR...........we are very happy with our purchase!

Really pleased with the ability to see which phase my washer is in when I am not in the laundry room. Clothes are getting as clean as before. I do like the various steam functions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. I have noticed how clean my clothes are and it doesn't matter if the loads are large or small.. My clothes comes out smelling amazing. It like that I can control the functions; rinse, dry, etc levels. I can also monitor the different stages of washing via the app. This was so easy to do. This machine is rather quiet and has a nice notification that goes off when the load is completed. This would be a great addition to any home. This look of this machine is so up to date.

I love this washer and dryer set. It is the best washer and dryer I've owned. I love the steam options. I have owned mine for 3 years now and it really is a versatile machine. I have pets and my clothes get cleaned and the hair removed. It washes and dries my king comforter easily. Getting wrinkles out is a breeze with the steam.
