[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washing machine now for 3 months and I love it. It's quiet, efficient and has numerous easy to use settings. I especially love that it connects to Smart Things so anywhere I am in my house I know when the cycle is complete.

I loved this washer when I bought it 10 months ago. 10 months and the tub snapped. We have not over loaded it in any way or even moved it. We are very upset because we have called Samsung care department endlessly for a month. We got one technician out who examined it and then they couldn’t locate another team to fix it. Kept pushing me to the accommodations department that would never get back to me. I’m so disappointed and will not purchase another Samsung.

I can’t believe how dry it was coming out compared to my old washer. Love that I can monitor the status of the cycle on the app!! I will update my review in a few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the washer about a week but so far I love it. I have used the washer three times. Each load has come out very clean. The spin cycle goes much faster than my previous washer and the clothes are practically dry. This washer is so much faster. When the panels indicates 45 minutes, it will be finished on time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had about 2 weeks happy with machine. Would give it the last star, however it appears Samsung has reservations about their own product. Tried to get an extended warranty, yet Samsung tells me can only do that if manufactured within a certain time of build date. Maybe they should tell their venders such. Sold a lot of these machines while in the appliance business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new washer! Things I like- being able to choose the number of rinse cycles and level of spin. The quick wash has been useful when in a hurry. The one thing I dislike is not having a light in the drum. Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the washing machine for about two weeks, and overall it has been fine, but I have two issues that result in the deducted stars: (1) The door is a bit awkward to close. I don't really know how to describe it, other than it is not a satisfying close, we often have to lean into it or open it and try again. (2) on several occasions, we have set the washer on, and have come back to it having turned off, with the clothes slightly damp but not washed. We will continue to use it longer to see if they're just initial kinks, if there's any user error on our end, or if the machine just has those frustrating features. Otherwise, the buttons are helpful and seems to wash fine.

Champagne, it worked really great until it didn't; getting this one was a iffy thing but in the end. Its has so far exceed my expectations, it work smoothly and the smart wash is a great little asset. Definitely don't judge a broken machine by the well brokeness. Truly a gem of a machine, washes efficiently, quiet and overall a great value. Haven't tried all the buttons but I'll be buying the dryer next.
