[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung brand washers. We use it everyday, all eight of us. It holds up to my kids stuff it to the max. Clothes come out smelling good. It is pretty quiet and clothes don’t come out all wet so less dry time. The controls are not complicated either.

That’s a thing of the past this washer makes washing discerning you’ll love to do. It’s extremely quiet, you’ll forget it’s on. Multiple selection of cycles and programming options as well. And the technology with smart things. You’ll be able to control it right from your phone regardless of where you are as long as your washer is connected to WiFi.

I went through 2 of these in 3 years. The last time they wouldn't even repair it for all the parts that needed to be replaced. If you duct taped a drum to a motor you might have a better product than this one.

I also like the extra cycles of steam wash. Technology seems advanced. So far good performance, hope to keep this without issues for more than 5 years

It’s quiet and I love being able to be notified on my phone when my load is done that way I don’t spend hours on in doodling around honestly would recommend buying it I just recently bought the dryer but waiting for install and everything and I’ll post to review after I use it a couple of times the capacity is great for what I need and the cycles are awesome and match what I would want to use in a washing machine having the app to set the washer up is great.
