All in my house love the large capacity and it’s doing a great job. Very quiet operation. The finish song could be shorter. Cleans much better than our old front washer.

The quality is outstanding, and has exceeded my expectations in every way. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in September and had some issues in April with noise. however, it was fixed (but has to be unstacked for warranty claim to fix it which was a pain and you also need to restack it yourself)

Love that i am alerted of the washer cycle status and it let's me know when to run the self clean. Now I just need to replace the dryer so they match. Looking to do so in November 2025.

I love that the app tells me when my load is done to avoid waisted trips to my basement. The clothes are really clean and fresh I’ve always trusted Samsung products and this washer really backs that up. They keep everything on this product current to fit all of my needs.
