[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it for about 10 months now. Good things first: Does the job and I like the smartthings connectivity. The Bad: violent shaking and very noisy during spin to the point that the washer door starts flapping. I bought a stacking kit but decided against stacking out of fear the dryer would be rattled of the washers back or the whole stack would just tip over.

This set has more features I especially love the Wi-Fi capability and it works with our Samsung family hub smart things app. so i could start the washer or dryer from my phone. and it sends me alerts not only on my phone but also on my TV's as well because every major appliance and tv in my house is now Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. I have noticed how clean my clothes are and it doesn't matter if the loads are large or small.. My clothes comes out smelling amazing. It like that I can control the functions; rinse, dry, etc levels. I can also monitor the different stages of washing via the app. This was so easy to do. This machine is rather quiet and has a nice notification that goes off when the load is completed. This would be a great addition to any home. This look of this machine is so up to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer first and replaced them with this set from Samsung. This change made a whole lot of difference! This Samsung set is much easier to adjust the washing time soil level, rinse time set, while the Whirlpool one was a riddle to guess every time. Very happy with this set!

Easy to use and excellent quality! Owned Samsung brand washers for years and never had a problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color of this washer & dryer! Champagne is so unique. It’s very easy to select the right cycle & temperature. I don’t like how easy it is to dent the frame however. I have cabinets above & just put one hand on it & now have a forever dented washer top.
