[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about 2 months ago. So far, the washer machine works really well. It is not the quietest machine, but it’s not very loud. I have this washer machine behind a close door and the sound is very minimal. The super speed function takes about 25 minutes to wash and it does clean clothes well enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so far really love the washer it is really quite when washing clothes and the smart app. makes it really easy for me to know where my washing process is at and about how much longer I have to do other things around my house ( I have three kids so this is a great feature to have cant tell you how many time I forgot the clothes doing multiple different things around the house) I really like the fact that I have the option to do some many different things such as steam to help keep my clothes looking nice I also really like the Sanitize feature again 3 kids also along with all of that in the app you can change the features as well over all I believe it is a really great product

The speed wash is very convenient, and as good as other longer cycles. I knew I was buying a fantastic washer but it has even exceeded my expectations. BTW, Samsung is my go-to brand for all appliances, great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give negative stars I would! Motor gave out after two and a half months of light use. Samsung refused to replace the product. When the parts eventually come in for them to fix it I will then have a full priced refurbished washer, after only having it for two and a half months.

I do have one concern about the door not locking when you close it. If this problem continues I will have to call someone to check out the machine. Other than that, it has been an amazing experience in washing clothes.

Washer does a terrific job cleaning cloths but after a few weeks the washer cycle dial indicator lights stopped working. Thankfully you can download an app using a QR code on front of washer snd select cycles that way until I have time to connect with Samsung repair. Otherwise its a great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 weeks ago. It is fantastic. The wireless feature is great, when my load is finished, I get a notification on my phone. I love the sanitize feature. I used that for all of my sheets. It is a very nice washer.
