It is pretty quiet and clothes don’t come out all wet so less dry time. The controls are not complicated either.

Honestly I would not have purchased another Samsung product had I not wanted it to match color and pedestal of my Dryer which hasn't failed yet. In my experience Samsung appliances have proven to have a high failure rate and poor build Quality. The Samsung washer I replaced was only 7 years old and had to be repaired 3 times previously do to broken wires on thermister temperature sensor. The motor finally died causing in not to spin anymore. The spider brackets are known weak points. Your refrigerators have a horrible reliability history

The options for washing is so efficient and I love the smart features. I downloaded the SmartThings APP which allows me to control my washer and dryer (both Samsung) from my phone. I get notifications on my television and any other smart device. This allows everyone to help out with changing a load. The Steam wash is a dream, my whites are whiter and my darks are so fresh and clean.
