[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's working great! Washer shakes a good bit on the spin cycle even though we have it leveled. The capacity is great and fits a good bit! It's quiet until it hits that spin cycle, then it gets pretty loud! Not sure what the issue is! Controlling it on my phone is going to take some getting used too! But hopefully this feature can help me stay on top of clothes!

My loads have come out good with very little excess water which has helped in the drying process. The machine is super quiet. I connect the machine via the app and my home wifi and I love that I get a message on the app and my Samsung tv when a load is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's probably the newest technology but I'm not sure about the lack of water used. The clothes get wet but there is no visible water. The clothes just flop around the bottom of the drum not really "washing". I've read that you won't see water. I just can't figure out how it gets clean with only a couple inches of water in the bottom of the drum. I like the choices of cycles. I had purchased a top loader in 2024 and went back to a front loader because of capacity. It is quite loud when spinning.

I LOVE being able to connect it to my phone so I get an alert every time a load is washed. This has been a game changer for me.
