I had my first front load washer, the same manufacture and model for three years they only product problem was that one of the support broke and although I could have replaced the part that was so labor intensive to repair it I decided to buy a new one, the washer cleans like a dream and that is what we liked. We were a family of two and we never overloaded the washer. I was disappointed, however, that it only lasted three years.

When doing the first load I actually had to check and make sure that it was actually working - it's that quiet! The technology used to create this machine presents a layout on the front that is easy to use and is very self-explanatory. It does a fantastic job and all the clothes come out nice clean and ready to be dried in the corresponding Samsung front load dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black door is sleek and attractive, but I like to be able to see in the machine to check that it's not overfilled with suds or to check to make sure items are getting wet. Also, the machine is not as quiet as I had hoped.

It is noticeably smaller, but can certainly wash a decent amount of items. Cycles: has standard cycles. Does not have an option for using extra water - a favorite feature of our last machine Design: super modern. Sleek. Cool Performance: I've used it a few times now and it seems to wash clothes well. I like being able to use up to 5 rinse cycles. Technology: I don't know why a washing machine needs an ap. Thenap adds very little to the product other than the “downloaded” program button

Our laundry room is open and off of the kitchen and our old machine was intrusive when we tried to relax but that is not the case with this unit. We are still learning all of the features and which buttons to press that will do the most. You can't go wrong with a Samsung.

The wash cycles tend to be rather long, but it does a great job! If the clothes are still wet, just use the extra spin, and that will get any extra water out. I recommend this washer, as it's very affordable, takes up little space, and does the job.

It's quiet and I love being able to be notified on my phone when my load is done that way I don't spend hours on in doodling around honestly would recommend buying it I just recently bought the dryer but waiting for install and everything and I'll post to review after I use it a couple of times the capacity is great for what I need and the cycles are awesome and match what I would want to use in a washing machine having the app to set the washer up is great.
