The quick cycle time And preheat options Make it perfect to get done laundry in a short amount of time. and the minimal vibration does not wake up my infant. Also, the stain removal capability of this washer is able to get out the tough stains on my children's clothes

I have been very impressed with the quality of the wash with very efficient wash times with this washer! As a new busy mom, I can usually get most of my laundry done in one day even while running around! The capacity is also fantastic, as I can run both my queen and king sheets together yet still get a fantastic clean. The best part?-I don't notice my washer vibrating excessively or walking across the room with the bedding load. Also, the normal wash is all it takes to get rid of the milk stains on the baby clothes, which is another great feature. We've saved on our water bill because the washer knows how much to pull and doesn't pull then dump in excess! Plus it can be run off our smart phones.

Only thing about the dryer is that the Smart Control feature makes dryer turn off even if the clothes is humid. Still haven’t figured out how to remove that feature. But over all a great washer and dryer

Love this washer! Replace a 12 year old machine and man I didn't know how noisy the old one was. Very quiet spin and no vibration. This one is super quiet and super efficient. Highly recommend this washing machine and actually all Samsung appliances work great, are high tech and look beautiful.
