The cycle times are amazing and I love that I can use the quick time. The water efficiency is great as well. The stains it removes is top tier. I love the connectivity to it.. I love being able to use my app for my samsung appliances . 10/10.

I like the large capacity - it can fit a queen size comforter which comes in handy! I also like the pre-set wash cycles so you can select what type of load you are doing. The feature I like best is the Wifi as my washer and dryer are in the garage so I can tell when the load is completed by notification in my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great capacity and performance, just a bit slow The capacity on this washer is amazing—I can get a ton of laundry done at once, and everything comes out perfectly clean! Adjusting to life without an agitator was a bit of a feat, but it does a fantastic job of rinsing and spinning without ever going off balance. My only complaint is the cycle length; most cycles take about an hour, which is longer than I’d like. Doing a few loads ends up taking the whole day. Other than the time commitment, I absolutely love this washer!
