I’ve never had a front load washer and dryer and to date it has been a good experience. I like how efficient and quiet the machines are. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The drum is spacious enough for large loads, which means fewer washes overall — another big plus for efficiency.

Apparently the door lock is a common issue so just beware. However, the service tech we had out said that there isn't honestly a brand or model that is better than another these days. Overall, good washer.

Purchased a new lg couple of years ago and hated it. It was a top load but was a piece of junk. Couldn't hardly get clean clothes clean let alone dirty farm clothes. Just after one load I can see this is much better already.

I used to own a Whirlpool, but I decided to give Samsung a try, and oh my, I can't believe how well it does with my clothes. Because I change from clothes to another pair daily, the quick wash option saves me time if I need to toss in my clothes to wash I highly recommend this machine!!

The tech answered our questions and was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. The entire process was very fast and easy. The washer is awesome. The capacity is great and we absolutely love the steam settings! Our clothes come out clean, fresh and completely rung out each time.
