[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quick wash that is available on this model. Throw a small load in and it's done in less than 20 min. The spin is so efficient that the clothes are practically dry when you transfer to the dryer. Thus, spending less electricity drying the clothes. The 3 compartments for detergent, bleach and softener is very convenient. Quieter than our last samsung we had for almost 13 years. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Finally able to wash our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

We purchased new above model. Looks very similar. Can't be more pleased at its performance! Found stored tubs of baby clothes 20 yrs old. My new washer has been working hard washing. It's quiet! Very very pleased.

I’ve never had a front load washer and dryer and to date it has been a good experience. I like how efficient and quiet the machines are. Very satisfied with my purchase.

If you love stainless steel or a dark color like gray or black, then this is the set for you. Kiss the old days good bye! You can control this from your phone, can you say convenient? I am amazed of how easy it is to use and how easy is to clean up. I am a Sammy team person I own TV. Refrigerator and Laundry units plus phone and tables and PC hahaha but this washer is one of the best in my opinion.

So many different settings, but love the quick wash and quietness with this machine. So far it seems to clean better than our previous Samsung!
