Clothes and towels come out noticeably clean and fresh every time, and the 4.5 cu. ft. drum easily handles a full load. I also tried the steam function on a load of underwear and was very satisfied - I especially like that it offers three different steam settings, so you can pick the right level for each load. The controls are easy to use, and everything has worked exactly as expected. Very happy with this purchase.

The only thing is the power steam is the only setting that seem to be removing stains and also after each wash you have to leave the door open to prevent the wet clothes smell but The washer looks great. I can fit a lot of clothes in there. I really do like the smart controller as well because you can control it with your phone. The only thing is you have to put it on the smart control mode to be able to control it with your phone. I wish it would automatically connect to your phone and don't have to put the smart control on. Maybe that's an upgrade for the future.

All the buttons do what they're supposed to do. And I am very pleased with the cleanliness of my close, I just thought all washers wash and dryers dry. But there is a difference in my clothes. I use the same cleaning products I've always used but now I am seeing a big difference so it does matter what machine you use. Also use less water and electric.
