When doing the first load I actually had to check and make sure that it was actually working - it's that quiet! The technology used to create this machine presents a layout on the front that is easy to use and is very self-explanatory. It does a fantastic job and all the clothes come out nice clean and ready to be dried in the corresponding Samsung front load dryer.

The washer is extremely quiet, which I love, and it handles large loads and bulky items with no problem. I use it for everything — daily clothes, blankets, and even delicate items — and everything comes out much cleaner than with my previous washer. The only thing I wish were easier is mounting the dryer on top, but overall the performance of the washer itself is excellent. Highly recommend it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's probably the newest technology but I'm not sure about the lack of water used. The clothes get wet but there is no visible water. The clothes just flop around the bottom of the drum not really "washing". I've read that you won't see water. I just can't figure out how it gets clean with only a couple inches of water in the bottom of the drum. I like the choices of cycles. I had purchased a top loader in 2024 and went back to a front loader because of capacity. It is quite loud when spinning.

The technology is advanced but simple to operate. The washer cycles are able to meet up with our washing requirements irrespective of size or soil level. I use steam sanitize on my husband's work clothes and they have never smelt better ! The washer never stinks and reminds you when to do a cleaning cycle!
