I like the way it can let me know through my phone when my loads are ready for the dryer too. Cycle time is a little longer than my other machine but it gets stains out easily. I also noticed our water bill is staying low with the larger loads so it saves money. I've had it 2 years and absolutely so problems.

I know there are concerns with mildew smells from front loaders, but I just open the door and detergent draw after each use to allow it to dry. I haven't had any issues either smell. I can wash a pretty decent sized load as well. I love that the cycle auto adjusts after I start to get the best clean. I honestly don't even think I'm using it to its full capacity with the smart controls.

2 stars become of the delivery and customer service. The washer is great and was delivered end of May. I also purchased the pedestal which were delivered together. However, the pedestal was not even so on the spin cycle, the washee shook really bad. Shaking stopped once I balanced it with cardboard. I called The delivery co to see if they could come back to balance. i ended up with a new pedestal on the way to swap. When I had the initial delivery, communication was terrible. The delivered co RXO said delivery was on a certain day. i took the day off because they couldn't give me a window, so lost a day of work, spent it calling throughout the day trying to find out time to delivery. Same delivery experience with the pedestal, except at the end of the day...took another day off they said I canceled, which i didn't. called Sam's customer service, got another delivery scheduled. Took another day off, kept checking the app to find out a window. Only to get a text saying we're running late and will be there by 2p. around 2:30, I called and was told 5:15 or later. I couldn't wait because of a doctor's appointment. But i called Sam's customer service without resolution. I asked for a refund and for them to pick up the washer and pedestal and was told "my supervisor says youhave to call Samsung directly". I was not allowed to speak directly to the sup and kept getting 2nd hand recommendations from the person on the phone. I will be writing corporate to request a refund and will purchase a washer and pedestal somewhere else.

My washer is one of my most favorite appliances to use. It's huge and I can usually get most of my laundry done in one washing. It's the best washer I have ever owned and it removes all the stains without having to scrub the clothes before. I have the ability to connect through WiFi and it let me know when my cycle is done without me having to check the machine a whole bunch of times. It's fast and my water bill does not suffer while completing my house chores. I highly recommend buying one!

Good washer. Just smart things is somewhat not efficient and not easy to connect. capacity is good, wash time is reasonable. Stain removal is okay if you use right detergent. I have no clear opinion on water efficiency, but no complaints on water usage.
