The Super Speed Wash cycle is a huge time saver, especially when I need clean clothes quickly, and it still does a great job. The Steam Wash feature helps remove tough stains and leaves clothes feeling fresh. It runs quietly, has plenty of space for large loads like blankets and towels, and the spin cycle removes a lot of water, so drying takes less time. Connectivity is nice, knowing when your clothes will be done, usually about an hour and a half each load. (Kind of a long time, don't you think?) Funnily enough, this isn't the first incentivized review Samsung has asked of me, but the last one I received no incentive. When I reached out (to 12 different agents over the course of two phone calls totaling four hours of my time), I was hung up on, transferred to phone lines no longer in service, as well as gaslit into being told that promotions like the one I was calling about were nonexistent within their company. Following this I've reached out via email. So what I'm basically saying, is that whether you like the stylish, yet mediocre products that are shilled, don't assume you'll be able to speak with anyone regarding any qualms you may have.

It has plenty of room for big loads , it has great connectivity, the cycle timed are short, it removes most tough stains , but it uses a lot of water on my bill.

The real only issue I have which is really minor is that the drum shakes a bit if you put heavy stuff in this washer, such as a weighted blanket, but it isn't too bad.
