I love the connectivity but I do wish they would make it easier to fix it once it goes offline. I love everything about it other than that. It’s quick and very good at removing stains. It’s quick as well when needed.

On one hand, the drum opening is wide, pitched slightly upward, and very easy to load and unload without straining your back. On the other hand, the control panel lacks a physical tactile dial on some of the newer smart models. Navigating the digital menus to change a simple temperature setting can feel tedious when your hands are full or wet. For a front loader, the spin cycle is incredibly powerful. It leaves clothes so well-extracted that heavy cottons come out with a near-crisping dryness. This drastically cuts down on my overall drying time since the fabrics aren't holding onto excess moisture.I’m really happy with the consistency of the washes. Whether it's a tiny load or a massive pile of towels, it maintains steady spinning speeds and never gets stuck in an infinite balancing loop. It also has great adherence to the selected sensor settings—if I choose "Normal Dry" on the matching dryer or a specific soil level on the washer, it actually delivers exactly that level of clean without under-performing.The preheat and water heating phase is impressively fast. If you run a hot or sanitize cycle, it reaches the target temperature quickly without adding massive amounts of time to the overall countdown display.I’ve been using this machine for a few months now, and overall, it’s a solid performer with some great cycles, though it has a few minor design quirks.
