Easy to use and excellent quality! Owned Samsung brand washers for years and never had a problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install. love all the different wash/steam options. the wash drum is HUGE and it doesn't hardly vibrate or make a lot of noise. However, we left the big bottle of detergent sitting on top of the washer, and even though the bottle is plastic and the surface was clean and brand new, the bottle danced around the top and left scratch marks all over. it's not super noticeable, but it was a bummer to see. we have the platinum color.

It is very quiet and it works a lot quicker than the old one.. Plus the connection to the smart thing app makes it even easier for doing laundry because it informs you when your laundry is done and if you forget to start it, you can start it when you’re not at home. If it’s perfect in my laundry room area. And it’s a lot quieter than my old washer

I loved this washer when I bought it 10 months ago. 10 months and the tub snapped. We have not over loaded it in any way or even moved it. We are very upset because we have called Samsung care department endlessly for a month. We got one technician out who examined it and then they couldn’t locate another team to fix it. Kept pushing me to the accommodations department that would never get back to me. I’m so disappointed and will not purchase another Samsung.

It’s fast—like “wait, it’s done already?” fast—and the large capacity means fewer loads and more time doing literally anything else. The SmartThings app is super handy; I get a ping on my phone when the cycle’s done, which saves me from finding soggy clothes two days later (again). It’s surprisingly quiet too, which is nice… until I forget it’s even running. My only gripe? The rubber gasket around the door needs frequent wiping or it starts smelling funky. Not a dealbreaker, just something to stay on top of. Overall, I’m impressed. This washer works hard, looks good, and bosses me around just enough to keep my laundry in check.

I do have one concern about the door not locking when you close it. If this problem continues I will have to call someone to check out the machine.
