Been using this new model for a few months now and it washes everything well (Family of 5) and I like that when connected to the Smart things app I get a notification that the load is finished.

After my first use, I found it to be very quiet and performed as I expected, and with my high expectations, I was not displeased. I recommend all Samsung products.

Unfortunately, I chose a front loading washer with a door that opens left. My dryer opens right, so the doors are slight annoyance. I don't like that there's no interior light in the washer, but am charmed by the end of cycle chimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black door is sleek and attractive, but I like to be able to see in the machine to check that it's not overfilled with suds or to check to make sure items are getting wet. Also, the machine is not as quiet as I had hoped.

The capacity size was perfect same as the previous washer that I had. I love that. It comes with new technology with the steam clean cycles on my last machine took a really long time but this one moved fast and efficient. I'm very happy with my new Samsung and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simplified cycles take some getting used to but once you figure out the right combination it works great. I wish this model had an interior light Install is simple and quick, all necessary parts are included except for the water lines I like the fact that when you push the start button it actually starts, unlike our old washer. I am getting used to using online user manual since Samsung opted to save paper and not print a huge manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than 11/2 years a bolt holding the drum weight sheared off. We discovered this while replacing the 4 shocks. Four months after replacing the sheared bolts the excessive vibrations started again.
