The refrigerator looks cool with new modern design and blends seamlessly with our kitchen. Kids love the family hub to watch videos and play games. And we use to see our cameras and control other household stuff with smart things integration. The beverage center is an awesome feature and works great. Overall a greatly design refrigerator and there is none to second in it's competition.

We use the pitcher a lot more than expected and I like that the water dispenser is hidden. I was skeptical about the ice being in the freezer drawer as I'm used to the combined water/ice dispenser in the door. Turns out I prefer the ice in the freezer, as I don't have ice dropping on the floor and I like that the ice is covered (as other brands/models I looked at don't always have that feature). The family hub is pretty cool but I haven't used it for much more than watching the news or using Alexa. I have the counter depth fridge and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge, I love the tablet in the door, being able to set notes, reminders, and shopping lists is amazing. The dual ice option is great, smaller size is great for smaller mouth water bottles. The beverage center is just icing on the cake. being able to do infused water is great. The fingerprint resistant glass is ok, but the metal is great. The interior lighting is exceptionally bright, I don't have to worry about the bulb being blocked by a jug of milk and making the entire unit dark like my old fridge. The 2 minute time for the door alarm is nice, as sometimes I forget to close the beverage center side. The smart things apps is amazing, it lets me control the fridge settings and even upload images to the home hub directly from my phone.

This replaced a previous Samsung refrigerator that not only lasted over 10 years and still is in like new working condition! We wanted something that fit our current lifestyle and other smart devices in our home. Still learning all the features of the family hub and so far everything for us has been an exciting addition to our home. The lower freezer pullout works great for us and we love the customizable flexzone middle drawer. The internal water dipenser and built in Pitcher create a sleek look on the exterior as they are hidden inside very nicely.

I'm so surprised by the absence of features this refrigerator has and ill mention the ones that are by far the best IMHO but by no means is that all the smart fridge can do so buckle up! firstly the design is sleek and modern with soft edges and a gentle look so as to not be to intimidating as to it's features until you walk upto the sensor and the screen welcomes you with a robust array of options galore! what would you like to do? find a good recipe and watch it being made on this amazing screen of endless possibilities or stream Spotify by telling Bixby while your hands are full. Things you didn't seem a necessity bece just that! How about a great way to make kids involved by playing a YouTube video of their favorite characters songs while making their favorite snack? The Samsung smart refrigerator has ample space that's deep and wide so a big family of 6 like ours has room to spare. options of what to make the middle drawer we chose more freezer space so it's really up to you how to keep your perishables or non in their safely stored with the best in cooling technology we love our water dispenser with two options a jug filler or dispenser that both have equal usage in our household! love that the smart app shows from the grocery store if I have enough milk left for the next day it's just an awesome smart device that our family enjoys and wouldn't do without.

Not only does it have a screen on it but with my Samsung TV i get notifications if the fridge is left open and with the app i can also check to see what in the fridge when im not at home. Put this on a must have if you plan on buying a new refridgerator this year. The price is a little high but well worth the money. You can add additional apps but when i get back to cooking more i may just do that so i don't have to pause shows i can just transfer them when im sitting at the table.

I have owned 2 of the past Samsung fridges with tablets, the 7" and then the 21" and thought they were fun and a great design. The issues I had with them were always the ice maker frosting over because of the seal and it being in the fridge part instead of down in the freezer part. That is no longer an issue because it is now in the freezer where it should be. That means you don't have the convenience of it coming out of your drink dispenser bit who cares, you get 2 different size cubes and a little ice scooper! Also, the interior of the fridge has much more room than in the past, it stores a ton of food! And of course my wife's favorite middle drawer is a must! So easy to see all your deli items instead of a little drawer in a typical fridge. And let's not forget the drink station, which opens up so you can pour water from a auto refilling pitcher. For a standard in home refrigerator, this is the top of the line model. Plus, lets not forget all the features on the Family Hub portion. I use it to look up recipes and listen to music and even stream my Samsung Smart TV to it.

The way you can view the contents of your fridge using the SmartThings app is useful when your at the supermarket. The way the water dispenser is hidden and you can open the small door to get water is a great feature.
