New Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love my new refrigerator. I initially looked at another brand but for all the bells and whistles this one came with for lessn I was completely sold. The ice maker makes 2 types of cubes the nugget and the traditional cube an added bonus if you ask me. 1st I've had my fridge for a little less than a month its as iquiet as a church mouse the kids didn't know it made ice because it was so quiet. The doors are easily able to be cleaned, definitely a plus with a busy family of four. I was told I could change the panels if I wished. Don't know why I would need to but thanks for the option. The inside shelves are deep and the inside ledge helps when putting away grocery. The drawers are deep and wide enough to store everything we need. The third middle drawer makes cheeses and snacks accessible. The hub has everything a gadget family could need. I've listened to music on spotify watched Johnny D's trial on YouTube, checked the weather, looked at the ring doorbell. Moms our anxiety has been lessened their is a camera inside for those that like to open the fridge every 20 minutes to see what's new inside. So far so good
Amazing refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Beverage Centerâ„¢, Family Hub, and Charcoal Glass / Matte Black Steel combo is just beautiful to look at. On top of that it has amazing features. I absolutely love the quick access to water and the ice drawer is wonderful. It automatically makes large and small cubed ice, and it has a very large capacity. The Family Hub keeps us all organized. I love that I can watch TV, make shopping lists, let my kids leave me notes, control my other smart devices and watch my security cameras from the display, and those just scratch the surface of what apps you can add to it. I love being able to look inside my refrigerator when I'm at the store incase I forget to check for something. I even love streaming music from my refrigerator while I'm doing other chores. The refrigerator and freezer have ample space to fill to our hearts desire. It's very easy to keep organized. We couldn't be happier with our Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator.
Best Refrigerator Ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest, I was not in the market for an expensive refrigerator at all, but…once I saw this one and all it's features, I fell in love. The refrigerator itself is incredibly spacious. The beverage center is my favorite thing ever, as it keeps drinks perfectly cold and the water dispenser is very efficient. The freezer is also much more spacious that any I've had of similar design in the past. I also LOVE the internal ice maker with the scoop for ice. I was reticent to give up a traditional in-door ice maker, but this one is so much better! No ice shooting out everywhere. I love everything about this fridge. It's a sleek design and the Family Hub, which I had on another fridge a few years back, seems to be working much better than it did in my old model.
A Tech World
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we purchased this for our new home and it was pretty discounted. Took a minute to get here due to shipping and the way the world is these days. We are pretty tech capable here and hooked it up quick. Read a lot of reviews a couple had issues but ours went in easy as pie and everything works perfectly as hoped and expected. Samsung was very cordial to insure our satisfaction and so far we love this thing its like a giant computer also with so many features its gonna take a pinch to get hip to it. You actually have to go on the hub to turn on ice and off with other things also so you have total control. Love it and highly recommended. Well be on it incase any issues arise unexpectedly. So far a 10.
Excellent fridge!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung refrigerator has some incredible features that have definitely impressed my family. Love the handleless design and multifunctional touch screen. We use the auto refilling water pitcher daily and love having the ice machine in the freezer which opens up so much additional space in upper portion of the fridge. Our son cannot get enough of the touch screen art program. He likes to draw us pictures constantly. The slick design and incredible functions suite our home and family perfectly. The only criticism we have is the pitch point that exists between the upper doors and middle drawer. You cannot close one while simultaneously opening the other without getting your fingers jammed between them. We feel the handle for the middle should have been placed on the bottom of the drawer to prevent this issue.
So much more than an appliance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways…. To start, it's beautiful. The charcoal glass and the matte black steel panels are sleek and modern. The matte steel is fantastic at deterring my children's sticky finger prints. The charcoal glass is super easy to clean and maintain. This fridge includes the Samsung family hub which has become a staple in our house. It has too many options to list but it's like having a giant tablet. I can add family pictures and videos. Link my google calendar, and leaving post it reminder notes all on the Home Screen. It seamlessly integrates with the smart things app and I now have it linked to let me know when my Samsung washer and dryer have finished washing and drying. This links with your ring doorbell and shows who is at the door. It also has Amazon Alexa built in which my family already uses as a hub for our entire home. It easily links to your Amazon music and Spotify accounts and for an appliance really sounds great! My son loves being able to access videos and I love that it gives daily tips and recipe suggestions. It also has three cameras inside to see each fridge shelf. No more wondering if you need milk or eggs at the store. You can take a peek inside from anywhere! This also features a beverage center with its own separate door to access the autofill water pitcher and the water dispenser. This has been a huge plus for my family as we recently moved to a house with well water that my kids don't care for the taste so having filtered water always ready to go has been amazing. The main refrigerator portion is huge and spacious with adjustable and collapsing shelves to allow for even more room. The center door is infinitely customizable with different temperature setting so you can use it for whatever you desire. We personally have ours set up as our dairy and deli drawer. The freezer section holds a ton and features not one but two ice makers for standard ice and ice bits. It also has a spot to hold a perfect sized ice scoop. My kids LOVE the smaller ice for their water bottle for school. All in all. The refrigerator is a dream and such a beautiful addition to our kitchen that really is the heart of our home.
What doesn't it do
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge will tell you when your milk is expiring. For a forgetful person like me, that's priceless. Yes it looks great, keeps your food cold, and has tons of space, but what sets this appliance apart from any I've ever had are the smart features. I still haven't scratched the surface of all it's capable of. All of the functions and status can be accessed through your smartthings app, Samsung is quickly becoming an indispensable part of my life. The camera in the fridge allows you to see what's inside without opening the fridge, so you won't draw the ire of the left-open alarm, which is actually very pleasant. The hub interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the feature that tells you what is expiring is priceless, I don't think it can read the actual expiration dates, (I'm sure they're working on that for the next model), but it can tell what milk is and I'm sure they have a general algorithm of some sort. I was a bit skeptical about the tablet, and I'm still concerned about how long it will last, but those concerns are outweighed by its utility. I'd love to see Samsung build a built-in version for luxury kitchens.,
Super awesome refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my Samsung refrigerator. The refrigerator has been working falsely. I can hold tons of food, the water maker, and ever spent been working perfectly. So far. The fridge has been excellent. I enjoy having the touchscreen and everything it's been super awesome.
Great Features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has features I didn't know I needed, along with looking great. I can access my Google and Outlook calendars from the screen on the front, which is very helpful as a working professional with kids. It also connects to my Pandora and Amazon music and has a tv for watching from the kitchen. I am very happy with everything so far.
Great features, with some room for improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall really enjoying this (more than I thought I'd enjoy a refrigerator). There are a few opportunities for improvement, though. The ice maker works well, but requires two hands to get ice - using a scoop - rather than more traditional dispensers. The identification of items is not completely accurate, which is understandable, but there's not an option to correct the items. As a fan of Android phones, tablets, TVs, etc., I can tell the refrigerator system is based on Android, but has been customized or altered to the point that it can't function as a standard android device, which would be helpful. SmartThings is very helpful for accessing information about the refrigerator, but in a home with heavy Amazon Echo use, the integration with Alexa is disruptive. SmartThings tries to take over control of devices it recognizes, which then breaks correct functioning.
