I bought it about a year ago or so. Freezer not working, Lots of bells and whistles but the basic function of a refrigerator and freezer is to keep food cold or frozen foods frozen. All the fancy apps, info not accurate. Freezer app says it's at -8 degrees when its acually 39+ degrees. My Whirlpool is holding all my freezer contents till I get the Samsung fixed. Whirlpool still works great at 12years old. We'll see how the service dept. works out.

It is not just a beautiful and spacious fridge but all the functionalities and apps you have access through the family hub are fantastic. Highly recommended. The only area where it can improve is that the doors get easily marked with fingers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago and it has functioned properly to date. I really like the sleek look of it and the ability to swap out the panels for customization or simply replacement from damage (we have three kids). Our previous refrigerator had a very small ice capacity due to it being indoor which is not at all an issue with this model as it has ample ice storage and two different types as well. It takes a little getting used to using a scoop versus having the ice right in the door but that isn't necessarily a negative, just a change. The auto fill pitcher is nice and is a great source of nice, cold water versus getting it from the spout. I have three main reasons for giving it the four out of five starts versus all five: 1. The interior has limited flexiblity to adjust shelve locations so be wary. It's not awful, but if you consider buying one, take a look at that to determine what configuration would best suite your needs. It is similar to the ice location as it isn't anything awful, just takes some getting used to the new layout and where things can go. 2. The screen is awesome but lacks some flexibility and personalization options that I would come to expect with a tablet type product. This doesn't have the operability of a full fledged table (i.e. download whatever apps you'd like) but does provide enough function to be worthwhile. My wife and I are really still figured it all out and what it is truly capable of. 3. The unknown of long term performance. It cooled down extremely fast and has maintained its temperature very well, it just has only done that for one month and a true five start product is one that will last for years so I held back on all five.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I like several of the features of the Samsung Beverage Center. Like many, the ice drawer is a DREAM! So much ice. I do like the little beverage drawer where there is a little water station and a pitcher for water or any other beverage you choose. Overall it's a pretty sexy refrigerator. However, it picks up fingerprints like nobody's business. What I don't like is the freezer drawer. I will always hate a fridge with a freezer drawer, it's basically an abyss. Also what I don't like is the lack of space in the fridge. The fridge is deep, but the shelves are short. I haven't attempted to adjust the shelves yet. Overall, it's a pretty great fridge, it does the job and I'm just nit-picking. If you had to choose between this lovely or another one, I would definitely recommend this one.

I read many reviews and was hesitant at first due to delivery reviews and the ice bucket review. My experience for the delivery was top notch, they were friendly and efficient and did everything that was promised. A lot of reviews said that it did not make enough ice. I pull the ice forward and it mashed more ice than i would ever need, really love the 2 different sizes of ice. The refrigerator is sleek and modern And looks great in the kitchen, this is hands down the best refrigerator i have ever bought. Looking at buying a matching dishwasher and stove.

We were able to add our own pictures to the main page and the "screensaver". You can add shopping lists and it can even track as you use up items in the refrigerator to ask if you want to add something to your shopping list when it's used up. I like all of the app options that are available (I do wish there were more though). It's exactly the same size as our older Samsung refrigerator, but somehow, we have more room in this one! I don't know if it's the way that they reworked the ice and water dispenser sections. I love the calendar feature and that you can sync it to your Google calendar. I created a new calendar and put what's for dinner each night so that everyone can see what's for dinner at a quick glance. As you can see it matches our black cabinets perfectly!! I like that you can change out the faceplates on the refrigerator as well if you want so that it's completely customizable. I did find two big flaws in the refrigerator though (which is why I only gave it 4 stars out of 5). The first is that the front of the refrigerator is extremely hard to keep clean. We have to clean it at least once a day or there are fingerprints everywhere and it looks gross. The second is how difficult it was to upload pictures to the refrigerator. I tried several methods and finally ended up having to upload each picture individually though one of the apps because it either couldn't see the folders that I created with pictures in them or there were errors uploading the pictures. Very frustrating when it takes over an hour to add a few pictures. Overall, it's a great refrigerator if you don't mind keeping the front of it clean daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator with family hub and we all love it, my two Daughters when they come and visit it is their focal point of attention :), my Granddaughter loves leaving us her art of the day on the screen when she visits, I know of a friend that came to visit recently, he and his wife already purchased a similar model because they like ours so much. we just love the features we've been more active with, but I know that there so much more our fridge has to offer. thanks Samsung!

I have my Spotify hooked up to listen to music while in the kitchen. The ice maker is my favorite because I like the smaller cube option. My husband likes the regular. It looks gorgeous and sleek. I can use the app to look inside the fridge when I'm shopping for groceries. There are so many more features, I love this smart fridge! It continues to amaze me all the time. I would recommend this fridge to everyone.
