Sleek Design and Spacious.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the overall design and its very quite. Bottom ice dispenser with two different sizes of ice tray makes it perfect for ice lover. Since it doesn't have handles, the design is sleek however, while opening and closing the front doors, our finger always touches the panels and leaves finger print making it look dirty (for glass panels only). Cleaning finger prints are super easy and can be done with soft clean towel. No need to spray anything to clean. I wish we can play Netflix and other video streaming apps on the family hub.
Perfect fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit during the summer to replace a higher end fridge, and let me tell you, it is leaps and bounds better in every way possible. It has features galore on top of serving its most basic purpose. The family hub literally helps us stay organized. The beverage station replaced several other devices .
Sophisticated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bespoke refrigerator! Its customizable features allow me to organize my items perfectly, and the sleek design adds a touch of sophistication to my kitchen. The temperature control ensures my food stays fresh, making it a worthwhile investment for anyone who values both style and functionality.
Amazing!!!
this fridge is absolutely amazing! it does so much more than refrigerate. it really looks about the same size as my old refrigerator but there's so much more space. i cleaned out the old refrigerator and put everything into the new refrigerator and had so much more room it look like i didn't have any food! my kids absolutely love it because they can play music on it, play games, watch youtube etc. oh i love it because i can look at recipes and not have to keep going back-and-forth touching my phone and getting it messy.
Buyer Beware - looks cool, but that is about it
Bought this fridge in October 2023 - by beginning of February the water completely quits working. I did the trouble shooting, took out the filter and it worked. Ordered the new filter and installed it before going to work beginning of March. Came home to a kitchen full of water and then noticed that it had leaked down, soaked through the basement floor and pooled on the floor. Customer service was great - at first. It was determined that the filter didn't 'seat right' so it is not their problem. We will have to do an insurance claim if we want our ceiling fixed.

Great Purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and I am still happy with it. The only disappointment I have is the speaker is not loud enough when playing pandora music. But besides that, it is a great selections. I love the ice maker on the bottom that gives 2 choices for ice and makes the ice very quickly. The freezer has a lot of space and connecting the fridge to your phone is easy.
Best fridge from samsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Samsung fridge for five years, and it was pretty decent. I decided to switch to this one, and best decision I've made. The space on this fridge is incredible and makes me wonder how it is possible since my previous fridge was the same size, 29 cu. ft. I transferred all my food and freezer items and had so much space left. The ice cube maker is incredible I am very satisfied with my purchase
Buy another brand.
I have now had this about a year and random things are falling apart. First the self filling pitcher keeps saying it's full when empty. The plastic on the pitcher itself keeps chipping little by little by the spout. The next problem is the ice tray that the ice bites form in is cracked. The crack goes through the whole edge, it does not make ice , it only poora out water. The third problem is the plastic edging on the top shelf in the back. The whole piece is cracked right down the center the long way. The fourth problem is that the 3rd drawer bin is cracked where it connects in front and now has a de sized hole in it. There are things I like about it , but mostly dissatisfied with Samsung's quality and warranty. There is no reason all these problems should exist, these are defects in the craftsmanship not caused by use. Save your money buy a better product.

I love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had it for over a year now and couldn't be happier with it to this point. The filter is not strong enough for the hard water we have here and tastes kind of salty almost but still better than tap water would be. I'm the only one in the family that will drink the water. Interestingly enough no one seems to complain about the ice having a similar taste to it.
Nice Features - Family Hub needs work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been shopping the Samsung fridges for a few years and was hesitant because I didn't know if they would actually fit in my small kitchen. The measurements were too close for comfort. When I saw the Labor Day specials I decided to take the risk. GLAD I DID! The fridge itself is great and I love having the dual icemakers and beverage center as well as the dual open top left door to minimize opening the full door for often used items. The middle drawer is a great place for all the things we access often and I love that we can set a different temp there when needed. The only thing that is a bit off is Family Hub. We've had several times when it doesn't want to connect which has caused us to recreate shopping lists, then have to delete the dupes when it connects. The Smart Things app is not the greatest when it comes to being intuitive. The camera is interesting. The location of the camera means you can only really see a portion of the contents of the fridge. The other door actually obscures some of the view. The auto-identification of what is in the fridge is actually hilarious. I assumed it would use UPCs to identify, but it actually does an OCR to read labels. (The label needs to have the title facing toward the camera and unobstructed to work) It doesn't do a great job there, but not terrible. The funniest ones are when it tries to identify items that have no label - like produce. It apparently matches to stock images to identify, so we get things like celery identified as green onions. The fridge currently says I have applesauce, baby food, coke and bacon. None of which are actually in there. I assume the coke is referring to a bottle of Mt Dew, but the rest are a mystery to me. Other features like being able to pull up websites are great. We keep recipes on a family website, so it's helpful to just pull them up on the fridge. I also like being able to display artwork and photos, but I wish there was a little more capacity or the ability to remove stock ones that we don't want - maybe even a way to store images in a separate location that is accessible then pull them in as desired. All in all, I love the fridge. The Family Hub keeps me entertained, but may not be something others want to invest in if they were set on some of the wonky features.
