We love the family hub. It has a lot of features. Grocery lists, our calendar, great photo slide shows, a multitude of apps and more! We like the two varieties of ice, the beverage center, and the door within a door.

The clean look with no handles, amazing screen, lovely hidden water compartment and the cute tiny little ice cubes. I am in love with it. It keeps everything nice and cold. I love how the ice bucket is in the freezer with a scoop so it leave more space for storage. I find it useful to view what's in it if I am making a quick stop at a store to save me a trip later so I can check what in it. I can also see who's at my front door with the family hub since it opens the app on it and shows me. I love now I can stream Spotify and YouTube while cooking. My friends and family have been left Amazed that Samsung has designed an amazing friend. The kitchen is where the party it now! Very useful that it send me a message in my phone when my 3 year old is playing and leaves door open. Refrigerator of the decade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago and it has functioned properly to date. I really like the sleek look of it and the ability to swap out the panels for customization or simply replacement from damage (we have three kids). Our previous refrigerator had a very small ice capacity due to it being indoor which is not at all an issue with this model as it has ample ice storage and two different types as well. It takes a little getting used to using a scoop versus having the ice right in the door but that isn't necessarily a negative, just a change. The auto fill pitcher is nice and is a great source of nice, cold water versus getting it from the spout. I have three main reasons for giving it the four out of five starts versus all five: 1. The interior has limited flexiblity to adjust shelve locations so be wary. It's not awful, but if you consider buying one, take a look at that to determine what configuration would best suite your needs. It is similar to the ice location as it isn't anything awful, just takes some getting used to the new layout and where things can go. 2. The screen is awesome but lacks some flexibility and personalization options that I would come to expect with a tablet type product. This doesn't have the operability of a full fledged table (i.e. download whatever apps you'd like) but does provide enough function to be worthwhile. My wife and I are really still figured it all out and what it is truly capable of. 3. The unknown of long term performance. It cooled down extremely fast and has maintained its temperature very well, it just has only done that for one month and a true five start product is one that will last for years so I held back on all five.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is absolutely amazing! it does so much more than refrigerate. it really looks about the same size as my old refrigerator but there's so much more space. i cleaned out the old refrigerator and put everything into the new refrigerator and had so much more room it look like i didn't have any food! my kids absolutely love it because they can play music on it, play games, watch youtube etc. oh i love it because i can look at recipes and not have to keep going back-and-forth touching my phone and getting it messy. The app makes it easy to check inside the fridge for things like milk or juice as you're on the way to the grocery store. If I go in the fridge and accidentally leave the door open, it doesn't matter if I'm all the way in my bedroom, the app sends me an alert letting me know the door is open. I can even change the temp right from my phone!! I can also change the kind of ice it makes from the app! The app makes controlling your fridge a breeze!!

The in door beverage center is amazing and we use it so much more than we thought we would. It took a bit of time to get used to the ice in the freezer compared to the door.. But I love the two types of ice and the quantity of ice it hold... Plus it opened up more fridge space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new samsung Bespoke! Having the ice machine down below is just genius. Previous models had the ice machine on the door, which was always a hassle for me. Ice would fall on the floor and drip (if ice was still in the ice shoot. ) So very happy with the new design! The beverage center is enjoyed by all, and helps everyone see what there is to drink, especially the kids. The overall design is sleek looking and attractive to look at, not just another boring appliance.

Pros: - We have been happy with the overall functional design, and it looks very nice. - it keeps things cold - like the hidden “beverage center” Cons: - family hub isn't as useful as we thought it would be. It does take the place of photos held up by magnets, post-its and finger paintings, but the food recognition, the “see what's in the fridge” features are fairly useless to us because they aren't very accurate. Should have adopted either android or iOS, instead they offer mostly useless apps and the integration into existing accounts is clunky. - the Samsung “bing assistant” is basically a Siri/Alexa ripoff but worse. - the “FlexZone” drawer mechanism broke after like 4 months. Most of it is made out of lightweight plastic (even the drawer slide gear sprockets??) and it is wobbly and flimsy when you open it. It then broke the plastic tab off the basket that fits into the drawer. The drawer is a good idea, especially for kids. Knowing that, it should be the toughest most bulletproof part of the fridge. Instead it's the weakest. - the ice bins are giant, but never get full. It's plenty of ice, but why all the wasted space? - freezer is a bit small… I would have opted for no “FlexZone” and more freezer. Plan on having a second deep freezer if you have a family. Wife disagrees, she likes the FlexZone for the kids. GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. Warranty claim was easy, but we will see how the repair goes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model about 4 months ago because our other refrigerator went out. After reading lots of review online and different model etc. We decided to go with this model. Love the fact that the water dispenser is behind a door on the left with a water pitcher. Great way to keep it clean, keep the pets out of it, and kids from playing with it. The draws inside are perfect for cans and small bottles of juice and can even fit a pizza in there. Love the screen on it. Works great to check the weather in the morning. Check your security camera's. We play music on it sometimes when we are doing things in the kitchen. Overall we are pleased with our choice and get many compliments on it.
