As a QC employee from a different field, I love how Samsung adapts to technology and develops product design that meets my expectation. I adore how I can easily change the color scheme of the refrigerator and brings a different pop to the appliance. It has become a centerpiece in my kitchen and I appreciate the free set of panels that came with my purchase. Everything was easy to claim as well. Fast response and delivery. All about this refrigerator is divine. ❤️

So far I haven't seen any issues with this refrigerator in my 2 months of extensive use.. from 5 year old to 75 year old everyone loves this. Ice for kids.. ice cold water for me and spacious refrigerator for wife made this a new loved gadget if the house. Can't miss to acknowledge the Alexa and screen to watch videos. We have enjoyed to dual ice cube sizes..and center refrigerator cabin for poultry. I highly recommend this refrigerator for any new house .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been fans of Samsung fridges for many years and you recognize the changes they made from valued customers comments. They increased the depth of the door shelves so they are useful and hold various sized bottles, can and condiment containers. The ice bin has two options for cube size which is love and is always full. The auto filler bottle is a feature I didn't know I needed. I use filtered water so much more now that I have 8 cups at a moments notice, from coffee to easily refilling water bottles for daily use. The ever so useful Family Hub is now a must have in our smart home. It helps us prepare shopping lists, listen to music, explore recipes and so much more. The snacking shelf is easily accessible for the kids to reach their parent approved snacks and drinks. I haven't even gotten to the look and design of the fridge, to sophisticated and smooth. So far we are thoroughly enjoying our fridge. I literally don't have a bad thing to say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been seeing Samsung's new fridge upgrades over the last few years, but until I got this unit delivered I did not realize how amazing the latest additional features are and how it would actually help with so many day to day things in improving your overall kitchen experience. I have to start off with the inside water auto refill jug. Only someone who does this on daily basis will understand me, if someone keeps your water jug always filled and ready for your every single need, it just removes the additional stress filling all the various bottles for kids and other family members, it being behind a closed door actually helps with having a toddler at home, locking external system are not practical as this. Hats off to whoever thought of this ingenious idea. It actually fits in the same place as my old one but I do not understand how they were able to add all the extra space. Open both the doors you will see a wide open space which I have never ever seen before in any fridge. More than enough for all your needs and the crisper drawer keeps my fruits fresh for so long. The flex drawer is awesome, I use it for veggies, and realized, keeping them open in a wide tray like this just keeps them fresh for longer than saving them inside a container or bag. Also when you cook, it simply makes it easier to choose and decide when you can see everything in one shot Ice cubes section is perfect for any party. Actually coming to party hosting, you can cook your new recipes watching on youtube right on the fridge, you can see and let in the guests who rang your bell, you can play music/videos on it, and for drinks the small and large cubes makes your life so easy. Family hub is actually a party hub!!! Color option is a personal choice but from what I learned with this is that the Matte black is a really cool option, especially now that your fridge matches with your microwave and range. which all moved from the stainless steel to black glass and steel combo. To summarize, after using it for 6+ months, I am yet to find a flaw with it and simply put a perfect upgrade from all the expected and unexpected features you know about a refrigerator. I have been recommending this product to all my friends and I would do the same to whoever is reading this review as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago. I love it! Plenty of room for my family use. The Beverage Center is fantastic! Includes a pitcher of cold water ready to go and a push lever to draw a single glass of cold water. Also plenty of ice in two sizes, never runs out. Center drawer for anything… sold drinks, lunch meat, etc… freezer is on the bottom, plenty of room! A lot of thought went into this design, and it really is worth it! Last thing is water filter… in lower center of the fridge for easy access for replacing. B

Love everything about it except I wish it was fingerprint-less, I hate that I have to constantly wipe the front, other than that which is a tiny dislike. I absolutely love it! Love the ice and the extra water jug that I put fruit and tea in to make flavored water. We are in love with our new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love this fridge. It's 100x better than my old one. And I absolutely love the family hub! It's so nice to listen to music or a podcast while cleaning and cooking dinner. But my only complaint is the water and ice dispenser. The water pitcher is amazing, but the water dispenser itself is never cold. It's always room temperature. And the ice machine never actually fills the container fully. It's always is 1/4 full. But the fridge set up is great, I love the set up. And love the beverage station so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this new Samsung line of refrigerators! I have owned 2 of the past Samsung fridges with tablets, the 7" and then the 21" and thought they were fun and a great design. The issues I had with them were always the ice maker frosting over because of the seal and it being in the fridge part instead of down in the freezer part. That is no longer an issue because it is now in the freezer where it should be. That means you don't have the convenience of it coming out of your drink dispenser bit who cares, you get 2 different size cubes and a little ice scooper! Also, the interior of the fridge has much more room than in the past, it stores a ton of food! And of course my wife's favorite middle drawer is a must! So easy to see all your deli items instead of a little drawer in a typical fridge. And let's not forget the drink station, which opens up so you can pour water from a auto refilling pitcher. For a standard in home refrigerator, this is the top of the line model. Plus, lets not forget all the features on the Family Hub portion. I use it to look up recipes and listen to music and even stream my Samsung Smart TV to it.

My kids spend half of the time at their house if they are not at my house. And the fridge she had was an old small fridge. Having my kids half of the time, you need to have a very spacious fridge to fit all of my Family's needs. This fridge right here is just that. The space in this Bespoke Samsung Fridge is tremendous. Now apart from the space there are so many great features I have set up the wifi and connected this new fridge to my Samsung app on my smart things. I can view what food is inside just from my phone. I can also change the setting of how cool I want it or if I want the ice or water turned off. This is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Now about the screen this fridge has, well it has left me speechless . I absolutely love the control of the features right from the screen. The screen can also be turned into a TV literally . My kids were wat hing samsung tv on this. So it's like having 2 in1 a TV and a Fridge. I can also have a calendar, shopping list, reminder, and many more features I still will find once we have it more time. The water pitcher is a plus for me. Having a pitcher of cold water is great other than having just the glass of water pour it from the fridge. The ice making is a great feature to have when we have small gathering with family for our drinks. The Freezer space is so much bigger than the pictures show and of what I imagined. Now every time someone comes over to my Mother-in-law's house they ask about the fridge! And of course my Mother-in-law loves to tell them how great it is in every way. I will definitely recommend this Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator to all my family and friends.

I absolutely love the glass doors, fingerprints are so much less than my old stainless steel and so much easier to clean. Love the beverage center, I almost exclusively use the pitcher because it fills my glass quicker and the 2 kinds of ice are a bonus. I get complements from everyone that walks into my kitchen.
