Beautiful flooring, easy to install, no problem cutting it with a miter saw. I am a 51 year old female who used a miter saw for the first time to install flooring for the first time with the help of my 21 year old niece. I’d say if we could do it, anyone can! Highly recommend!

Recently purchased and installed 1200” of this flooring. As a contractor (45 years experience) I found this product easy to install, and good quality. I would definitely advise my clients in the future, to purchase this flooring.

This is the best laminate flooring you can buy. It went down so easily, and it passed the scratch test. Virtually indestructible so far; I put it down in a resident and commercial space. Just check the installation instructions online, the box doesn't come with any information.

Great product. Easy to install. Did a 20x20 master bedroom in about 5 hours. I installed and my husband did the cutting.

Product was easy to install and seems durable. I was able to knock out over half my house in two days. Only downside I have so far is the fact Sam's would not deliver the product (146 boxes hand moved from pallet to trailer and trailer to house is a lot).

Many of the boards come with damage. There are even boards in the boxes where the damage is circled in black marker. Very poor quality control but very easy to install. Just expect to buy an additional 10% more to cover for damaged material.

We installed about 5-6 pieces before deciding it wasn’t worth installing. We have installed laminate and LVP in the past and none broke as easy as this. The interlocking wood ledge broke off with the slightest touch. We will be returning all 1200 square feet purchased.

Cheaply made and horrible customer service. The little interlocking part is like cardboard and falls off with the slightest touch. We had opened some boxes and tried to avoid returning but really couldn't keep them bc of the poor quality. I called 800 number and they said to return opened and unopened material to get a refund. Then at the store they said they would only take the unopened boxes and we had to take the loose material back home. We were an hour dealing with attitudes and poor customer service and then I said I would call the 800 number since I did exactly what they told me to do. So while holding with 800 number the manager walked back to me and said ‘as a one time courtesy' they would refund the loose material also. They issued me 3 separate gift cards and after being there an hour we were ready to go and emotionally drained so I didn't add them up. At home come to find out we still didn't get a full refund. Horrible, horrible service. Won't be renewing membership.
