[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking Refrigerator. Our old 25 cuft refrigerator died on us after 18 years. We saw this 23 cuft. And thought it would fit the bill. yikes, we lost so much freezer space and we miss our side by side. I like to put my own refrigerator temperature gauges in to monitor the temperature. Well, surprisingly I don’t feel it does a good job maintaining 37 degrees F. The top shelf temperature runs 39-40 - then drops down to 32-37 then the lower shelf fluctuating about the same. I wish the fluctuations were not so big. We called for a service request but they told us we known what’s wrong and we recommended you replace the refrigerator to fix it. Parts are not available to fix! Right now we have our replacement on hold. I really don’t want to mess around replacing it yet. I don’t recommend this unit. There’s a known problem and they are not addressing it in my opinion.

After a few months, I can’t say enough about the water features. The water pitcher makes it easy to fill up my coffee and tea pot. Everyone enjoys the two types of ice it makes as well. This Bespoke refrigerator doesn’t disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bespoke refrigerator. The first one we moved and gave it to my brother. We knew we had to have the same refrigerator. Our new home came with a new stainless steel refrigerator and after 2 years with it we knew we wanted Bespoke again. And sure enough we bought one and our kitchen is awesome. We decided to order the matching range, microhood and dishwasher. They have yet to arrive, but we can’t wait. My favorite past is the dual ice maker with large and small ice. No dispenser is best since I can scoop. The drink dispenser is great since it automatically fills the carafe. The panels can be changed to mix up the mood of the kitchen. Go out and buy this refrigerator now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good overall design. Putting ice maker to freezer is a good move. Very good energy rating. BUT water pitcher in door is a complete game changer. No more standing at the door trying to fill a glass or pitcher with water. Hard to overstate the convenience, the pleasure of grabbing that pitcher and refilling the coffee maker or water kettle. No fuss, no muss, just pure convenience. Pitcher refills itself in one or two minutes. Samsung deserves an award for this feature.

The beverage center drew me to this model, as I never liked water and ice dispensers on the outside of the door. Works great and easy to keep clean. The Deli drawer is also a plus as you can set the temperature for the items you are storing. Overall a great frig and it is SO Quiet. Also, the Ice Maker actually works like it is suppose too and does not clump into frozen lumps!! Very happy with my new frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love this refrigerator....finally have room for groceries & LOVE having the freezer on the bottom (as much as I'm shrinking) LOL only thing I didn't do was allow for the extra 3 inches to open the door, don't make the same mistake, thankfully because I have a counter depth, I was able to pull it out a little more & it looks fine. Love the colors too. It's such a pretty shade of blue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am leaving an utterly honest review and I will start off by saying that I was not leaning toward buying a Samsung refrigerator. In fact, I considered every other brand first. I really liked the look of the Bespoke refrigerator when I went to the store to browse, but I read less than stellar review on Samsung. Upon further research, this particular fridge actually boasted better than average reviews due to it's more unique features. Specifically, the ice maker drops into the bottom of the fridge. This seemingly reduces previous problems others have noted with in-door ice makers. I watched a review video from a refrigerator repairman (highly recommend doing this) and he attested to this being a really smart upgrade on Samsing's part. The beverage center is great as well and really convenient. I find having the water system inside the door keeps it a little more tidy on the outside. The glass doors are easy to clean and having a middle drawer with temperature control allows you to customize how you use your space. A few things to note could be improved: - The handheld ice scoop is located in a drawer above the ice. Which is inconvenient when you try to put it back in the top drawer slider - Ice Bites clump up sometimes. Not sure why this happens because it's not all the time - Door shelf space is a bit chaotic. Top shelves are really short and the left door loses a lot of space because of the beverage center. With all being said, I've recommended this fridge to family already. It's also very quiet which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge. I only give it 4 stars due to a few reasons. Lack of sauce and small container space, the half shelf is awkward as well, we took it out. Also the pitcher didn't come with a filter in it. The freezer opens up and the top drawer comes with it so to access the bigger portion of the freezer you have to push it in every time you need something from the big part, which is most of the time, also the ice containers are shallow and have 2 lids that are annoying. All other things abot this fridge have been awesome!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a month of use, we are very pleased with our new refrigerator. Everything works as advertised. The only thing we wish this refrigerator has is soft/self closing doors like our prior 10 year old Samsung.
