[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the new Samsung refridgerator for about three weeks. So far, so good. Our Bespoke refrigerator is counter depth and fits perfectly into our kitchen space. The center drawer is useful. We use it in Deli mode. The freezer space isn't huge, but we have our old refridgerator in the garage, so space isn't an issue. The beverage center is great. It allows a clean look while providing both a cold water dispense and a 'never empty' water pitcher behind an easy to open door. This item had good reviews. I expect to have good service for a long time.

The freezer is rather small comparing to my previous side by side so keep this in mind. If you buy many frozen items, it maybe small. I like that I have this set up wirh my phone and it alerts me when door is open and I can adjust temperature from my phone. Color is absolutely beautiful and cleans easily. I was tired of all the same stainless steel styles. The water pitcher is one amazing bonus.

We bought this fridge less than a year ago. The picture wasn't filling, so we removed the filter to get the model number. When we put it back in something happened and the filter leaked. We woke up to a flooded kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. We are having to have a water remediation company come in for repairs on our new floors. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love, love, my New, beautiful glass paneled, colorful, practical refrigerator! It was a surprise that it came with two different size ice cubes and an ice cube scoop. Who would have thunk it??!

So far so good. One issue is that we had a spill on the bottom shelf above the crisper drawers and I can't find any information for this removal process. I was able to remove the shelf but getting the glass out is another thing altogether. Oh well. And FYI we replaced a previous Samsung that had the icemaker in the door that was always failing.

I wish I had never bought this fridge. The temperature in the fridge compartment has been inaccurate from the start. It runs at least 5 degrees warmer than it should be, but sometimes 10+ degrees warmer. I have bought multiple fridge thermometers and a temperature gun -- they all show that the fridge runs warm. The temperature also fluctuates for no apparent reason. I had a repairman here recently. He said the sensor was giving an error message, so he replaced it. The fridge still does not work right. This morning I woke up and although the fridge was set at 34, and had not been opened for 12+ hours, the temperature inside was 45 degrees. I subsequently removed certain food items and placed a food thermometer in them, which confirmed that the food was outside the safe temperature range. I don't feel safe keeping my food in the fridge. I will now have to replace this appliance at great personal cost. I am so angry about this whole experience.

I love MOST things about this fridge and am generally happy with this purchase. It’s spacious, shelves and drawers are practical and the beverage center is a great feature. I really like the ice maker as well. My only but major gripe with this is how delicate the stainless steel is on the doors. I purchased it about 7 months ago and it has more scratches and dents than my previous 10 year old stainless steel Samsung. Super disappointed about that considering it’s so new and a splurge for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our new Samsung refrigerator. We love the look - no handles and no water and ice dispenser on the door. The beverage center is great. Water pitcher is very convenient and the water dispenser does not drip. The icemaker is quiet, once there is some ice in the tray. The fourth door (drawer) is a great feature for quick access to certain food items. Plenty of room in the refrigerator compartment. No icemaker to take up space. Overall a great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator for a month, but so far I love it. The pitcher in the door is very convenient and it fills up automatically. The interior of the fridge is very roomy. It also has two types of ice that are in the lower freezer compartment. I love not having the ice on the outside. It makes the fridge easier to clean and no ice or drips on the floor. Hopefully, it will stand the test of time.
