[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace another 4 door Samsung fridge that had warranty problems that could not be fixed. This 4-door model is nice. The drawer holds cans of soda as well as vegs. the settings give me the latitude to change to 4 different temps. The freezer and ice tray are very adequate and hold everything needed for our family. It's nice being able to control this refrigerator from my phone. changing temperatures or turning the ice maker on or off as needed and the power freeze or cool settings, very nice. The beverage center allows filling a glass with cold water speedier than using the water dispenser. The ice bins with two sizes is a nice touch and never run out of ice. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of this Bespoke refrigerator.

We’re most happy with the large capacity, layout, beverage center, middle drawer and dual ice maker. Of course the glass door panels are attractive and easy to clean. Must wait a decade to see how well it’s holding up.

Well organized. the middle drawer is brilliant for keeping left overs, eggs, etc. The french doors make it easy to find items as well as put away groceries. The ice maker and water station are great. 100% improvement over my previous side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors and design of the Bespoke refrigerators caught my eye but the inside is also amazing. There’s plenty of room for everything to be organized; everything has a place. The flex zone and small door are awesome so the kids aren’t opening the French doors all day long and staring and wondering what there is to eat, all their stuff is front and center. I know we’re going to be very happy with it for many years.

We LOVE the Beverage Center which is both convenient and efficient! The dual ice maker is GREAT and keeps us in 2 different size/shapes of ice 24/7. The interior is so well planned allowing LOTS of room and customization. The exterior (Stainless Steel) is so beautiful and resists fingerprints. It is quiet, efficient, and I can monitor and make adjustments on my phone since it is wifi capable. It hooked up to my SmartThings app in seconds. If this thing holds up as well as we think it will, we are going to enjoy it for many, many years. We highly recommend this unit.

This was above what we planned on spending but it has so exceeded our expectations we are glad we have it now. The ice maker is awesome. It produces both large and small cubes in abundance at the same time. The beverage center with the pitcher is a great upgrade from just a dispenser through the door. It looks great, performs great, has plenty of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge back in July and it is awesome. Great Fridge lots of room. Ice maker has worked none stop perfectly. Only grip I have is fingerprints on the glass outside the doors. Have to clean daily.

We purchased this refrigerator and it was beautiful. Too bad it would not perform as well as it looked. We had the luxury of letting this refrigerator cool down to 37 and 0 degrees as Samsung suggested before placing our food inside. After both refrigerator settings indicated 37 and 0, we loaded up our food. My husband decided to place a thermometer in the freezer and one in refrigerator section that evening to check on the accuracy of the appliance thermometer as the fridge felt cold enough. He checked it throughout the evening and it was 25-30 degrees above the set temperature of the fridge. When we woke up the next morning, the meat was thawing in the freezer section and fridge section was lukewarm. My husband again checked the temperature in both sections using an IR thermometer and his thermometers already in the unit and they were both indicating 30-40 degrees higher than the set point of the refrigerator. The unit never made ice either since the manual states the freezer must reach a temperature of at least 10 degrees to start making ice. We had it plugged in over 24 hours by now so we headed back to the store to exchange for another brand. When we read other reviews, others spoke of similar problems so it’s not like we were the only buyers having this issue. Samsung has a great looking product if only they could manufacture a product that would function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the Samsung Bespoke in white ice. As a refrigerator it works perfect - well thought out design. We use the center drawer as easy access for cheese, butter, lunch meat. Bottom freezer space is very good. But the top highlight is the beverage system. We thought we would miss the convenience of door water, ice..when in fact we do not. And white ice glass front - leaves no fingerprints. Sure there - but not visible. We bought whole set of Samsung Bespoke in white ice — all stay amazingly clean.

1 Star – Looks Great in Photos, But Total Regret This fridge is all show and no substance. It looks sleek, but in reality, it’s a constant headache wrapped in fingerprint-prone stainless steel. In under 2 years, I’ve had to submit three separate service requests: Two for water leaking inside the fridge And now it trips every GFCI outlet in my kitchen — making it completely useless where it’s meant to be installed. My home is brand new (built in 2021), and I even had a licensed electrician replace the outlet and confirm everything is wired perfectly. Samsung support kept trying to blame my house instead of addressing what is clearly a defect in the fridge. It took way too much effort just to get a warranty repair scheduled. On top of all that? The stainless steel finish collects fingerprints like crazy, and the interior feels cheap and flimsy — nothing like what you'd expect for this price point. The shelves and drawers feel more budget than premium. If you’re shopping based on aesthetics and smart features, don’t fall for it. This fridge has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Spend your money on something built to last — this isn’t it.
