Was happy that this kettle was all metal on the inside. But the exterior was some type of plastic or other material that kept leaving my hands feeling, frankly, contaminated or dirty. It was a creepy feeling and I am very disappointed in the product. Wish I could find an all metal or glass and metal and wood handle Electric kettle.

I love it! It heats quickly, is a smaller counter footprint and it looks nice.
