My sons play whenever I gave them snacks in the bowl . This is the best way to get some more calcium, that keeps their bones strong. This cheesy flavor is very light anyone can have these snacks in the afternoon or evening.

They go amazing on salads, soups, by them selves or even crushed up and used in recipes! You can coat chicken with them for fried chicken or anything else that needs a crunch! I also really love replacing oatmeal or saltines in my meatloaves and using goldfish! The goldfish suck up juices and create an amazing texture. People always think Goldfish are a “kids” snack and their audience is targeted towards children doesn’t mean adults can’t love them too!

I love that they’re made with no artificial flavors or preservatives so they’re better than some other choices. Cartons are my preferred way to buy goldfish though as I managed to rip a pretty massive hole in the back of this one while opening it luckily it won’t last long in our house anyways.
