[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large capacity refrigerator. Great cooling and freezer. Pleased with the hidden water dispenser. Both options of ice are really good, but the issues comes that if not used often the build up is bad and damages the ice maker which causes leakage. The water pitcher is great and fills 4 cups of water, but you must be on top of it because he moisture on the cap causes mold. The freezer capacity is good, but you need to bend down to get your items. The deli area is convenient for easy access. The door shelves are ok but limited to certain products in size. Love the SmartThings app and the connectivity of keeping you informed on the status and items in the fridge only, no doors, freezer or deli drawer. Over all, it saves on electricity based on the report, but I don't personally notice it on my electric bill.

I do plan on in the future to upgrade to the newer ones cause they have the bigger screens but it’s a 10 out of 10 fridge and the new icemaker never had an issue with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been disappointing. The water filter no longer works and so we bypass it and just use unfiltered. The freezer has never consistently made ice and is constantly over temperature. Plus, the only place to put something taller than a mustard bottle are on the side doors. It’s a ridiculous inefficient use of space in the main part of the fridge and virtually no adjustments. Looks nice though.

The efficiency of the power and cooling is something that is worth it alone. Then the capacity given and customization options, it’s almost a no brainer. Also many different dispensing options! It has it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older Samsung due to repeated issues with the ice dispenser leaking, not making ice, freezing up, and no longer being usable.. After researching for quite a while, we decided to try the updated Samsung Bespoke model. The ice maker in this model is not in the fridge section, but is in the freezer section where it belongs. So far we have only had one ice maker issue and that was due to the freezer section not being closed all the way. Operator error, not a Samsung issue. A simple reset button press fixed that. Otherwise the fridge is an excellent unit. The 'never empty' water pitcher was an excellent addition. We customized the doors with the 'white glass' option and have not regretted that decision. Fingerprints are no longer a problem.
