I was sold on the Beverage Center.

The door in a door is the greatest idea.We are able to get water and other beverages without opening the door to the refrigerator, which keeps the cold air in the refrigerator where it belongs. The sleek design, beverage center with auto fill water pitcher and the two different size ice cubes have to be my favorite features.

Not very user+friendly

This unit is not very user friendly. To get ice, you have to open the freezer door, slide open the ice drawer, and it usually drops ice behind the drawer. Then you can open the beverage center door to get water. My recommendation is to simulate how you would interact with the unit before you purchase and regret it afterneaa.

Esthetically pleasing - Beverage Center 👍

Samsung girlie over here. So far so good. Replaced my family hub with this model, we love it thus far but it has only been a few days. Love love the beverage center. Having the water and ice on the inside makes for a cleaner looking appliance.Will review later with updates.

Wonderful Bespoke!

The beverage pitcher that refills as soon as it is put back in place is very convenient and the filtered water is crystal clear. The ice in two different sizes and solidly frozen is perfect for any beverage or recipe. Both the freezer and refrigerator are large capacity and the shelving is easy to adjust. the middle drawer is easily adjusted for snacks or whatever else is best suited for the owner. On top of all that, the cooling system is very quiet and efficient. I am very thankful for my Bespoke.

Beautiful refrigeraatof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful appliance. I like the automatic refill pitcher and I can infuse my water. There is more room in this refrigerator than in my older one. I like having a dedicated vegetable drawer. The clean lines inside and outside appeal to me.

Great Features - HORRIBLE DESIGN

2nd one we bought. Loved everything about it until you spill liquid on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator compartment. It IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE GLASS SHELF APART TO CLEAN IT. This is seriously the worst engineering design I have ever seen in an appliance (I used to work in the appliance mfg industry). How could you design something where it is so easy to have liquid get under the glass and over the plastic but not have any way to take it apart to clean it? Did you do any real world product testing. This more than negates the other really nice features of this fridge.

Worst company and product ever….save your money

This is the worst fridge ever! Do not waste your money. The warranty is a lie. Samsung will send out a company to steal your money then tell you they can't do the work. Samsung is horrible. Took 8 weeks lawyer year for them to honor the warranty and replace the cooling system in a 1year old fridge. Then one year later and the cooling system and ice maker go out again. Now Samsung is saying it's still warranty but they can't get anyone out to fix it. Even though I have found 3 companies that will fix it. Samsung is the worst company in the world to deal with when it comes to a warranty. This makes 2 years in a row that my family and I have been without a fridge for 8weeks (first time) and 4weeks so far this time and still no fridge. Honestly save your money no matter how much you like the product, because your dealing with a company that doesn't care about you or your family's inconvenience, they only care about themselves and they will drive you up a wall until you decide to give up and go buy something else. Take my word for it. This is a horrible investment and this is the worst company I have ever felt with when it comes to them backing there product.

Great features and appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker trays seem to have a good deal of frosting and the bins do not fill up as we had expected. The quality of ice is good but we are concerned w/the frosting and amount of ice produced. The outside is beautiful but does show fingerprints. All in all - we like the new refrigerator, our previous was a Samsung as well for 14 years.

Stupid engineering

This Refridgerator is beautiful. I love the glass front. I love the small drawer for snacks, I love the ice makers and the bottom freezer. I am 70 years old and this is probably my 5th refridgetor that I've had to change a filter. This fridge is almost IMPOSSIBLE to change the filter. The water MUST be turned off before changing it. It means you must pull out the fridge and turn the valve or in my case go to the crawl space and turn off the house water. The pressure is so high that reinstalling the filter is VERY difficult to replace. I have just finished mopping up my floor, cleaning out all the drawers, and trying to roll the fridge out. Did I mention I'm 70? I now have choices. I can never change the filter again or hire a plumber to do it. ARGH!
