One of my favorite features is the white glass doors. They give the refrigerator a sleek, modern look that brightens up the room and complements my kitchen décor perfectly. They're also incredibly easy to clean—fingerprints and smudges wipe away effortlessly, which is a huge plus for a busy household. The FlexZone™ pull-out drawer has been a game changer. It provides convenient extra storage and makes it easy to organize snacks, drinks, deli items, and other frequently used foods. Everything is within reach and neatly organized. I am especially impressed with the dual ice maker. Having two types of ice is wonderful, but I particularly love the smaller ice cubes. Easy product to install aesthetic looks great next to the bespoke collection. I also have the stove microwave in addition to the refrigerator. The water dispenser is quick you fill in and the ice feature in the bottom is exactly what it’s convenient and I love the beverage center in the middle.

The beverage center and ice options are what we love most. I’ve noticed that we drink a lot more water (instead of sugar loaded options) because of the convenience of the pitcher dispenser as well as the water dispenser. The ice bites are my favorite don’t know why the size and shape of the ice makes such a difference - but it does.

We get so many compliments on the sleekness of the design too. We love the beverage station - we use the water pitcher constantly and the ice drawer in the freezer. We love the flex drawer and how we can change that to meet our needs. It’s also easy for our daughter to access and reach things. She loves that we’re able to write on it too. The only thing that could make it better was if we got the one with the screen!

Positives: sleek look, refrigerator cools well, shelf and drawer organization is great. We love the flex drawer and the water pitcher feature! Negatives: the freezer is in a constant state of frost or ice buildup on freezer drawers, shelves and food items. The repair tech told us we are opening it too often!! Ridiculous! So items and drawers start defrosting and then refreeze when we close it. We ARE NOT leaving it open for 5 minutes or something. More like 20-30 sec at the most. Then the icemaker stops working, because of frost. The tech told me to pull the ice maker arms down to break off the frost. The tech also told me about a reset button on each icemaker, I push that thing multiple times PER WEEK. Then water sometimes sprays down to the bottom of the freezer and freezes! We have never had full ice bins in the 4 months we've owned it. I actually hate this refrigerator. We returned one frig within the first week because of the frost/ice build up & stupidly got the same one. With the same problem. It's defective- it's the way it's made. Also.... it is NOT fingerprint resistant- it has no exterior handles, so it's CONSTANTLY full of hand and fingerprints. DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR! PICK A DIFFERENT MODEL!

We are extremely happy with this refrigerator. The capacity is massive—we finally have enough room for all of our groceries without having to stack everything on top of each other. The hidden water pitcher that automatically refills itself is easily our favorite feature; it makes getting a cold glass of water so quick and simple, and the design looks incredibly sleek and stylish in our kitchen. Highly recommend!

I've had the bespoke model three years andnit continues to perform exceptionally well. Capacity is more than adequate for a family of 4 adults and it is esthetically pleasing adding to the beauty of my kitchen and the experience for both family and guests. Having an important kitchen appliance that's also connected via Smart Things is also very convenient with notifications on replacing thr filter, doors being left open for example for an improved experience. Cleaning the doors is easy and having the customized doors that complement the decor of the kitchen continues to give me joy. Cooling temperature is consistent. My very tall son is also pleased about being able to open from up top where there is a natural indentation for taller folk to reach. Thisnis a very thoughtful intentional aspect of the design. I'm extremely happy with the Bespoke choice.

This Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door French Door refrigerator is The Best refrigerator I have ever bought! It connects to your phone so you can play around with the temperatures and different modes the refrigerator has to offer. The cooling has been consistent, since I bought it. The Stainless Steel finish is beautiful with wiping away smudge effortlessly with a damp cloth. All and all it is a GREAT product from Samsung. 5 STARS*****
