The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process. My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.

The amount of room on the inside of this fridge will have you reconsidering your normal grocery hauls. It may have you questioning if you actually bought groceries at all! It’s well lit enough where spoilage is not an option. Granted if you’re one to over complicate your fridge door shelves this may not be what you’re looking for. That being said the space inside the fridge itself houses more than the lack of deep door shelving. The beverage center is elite, and the built-in water pitcher has become my absolute favorite! The pitcher also come with a built in strains once’s you’d like to have tea on deck. The chiller door only adds to the space saving capacity due to it being the perfect location for canned beverages, dairy products such as butter bricks, cream cheese, yogurt, candy bars…ect. The Freezer top drawer house the dual ice maker which I’m here for, ice chips or chunk cubes.. or perhaps.. both!? The freezer has a deep bottom less space than the average. So, if you don’t have a deep freezer this may not be what you’re looking for. It fits my needs perfectly and I’m beyond pleased. Photos attached for viewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator. This is our second one. The refrigerator is very roomy. The new one has access to the water pitcher and dispenser by opening the outside of the door. The drawer is perfect for storing beverages. The freezer is very roomy and we live that the ice maker makes 2 cube sizes. This is the best refrigerator with the best features on the market!

Although I love the water center and ice. The shelves do not offer a lot of flexibility for height adjustment/rearranging, so limited on setup. Also w/o handles the FINGERPRINTS are relentless. I am a Samsung girl, but am not happy . Does the fridge work great, yes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Organization at its simplest. Nothing gets lots in the refrigerator. The flex zone drawer is a game changer, I’m able to store food trays for parties then swap out for drinks that fit perfectly. I love the fact that I’m able to pour a glass of cold water in a mater of seconds versus standing at the refrigerator to fill my cup. I can still do that if I choose to. We never run out of ice, we are a family of 8 and that has been a life saver. The freezer has the right amount of space for all the frozen foods we use most. It is so easy to clean. I never see finger prints or smudges.

I had actually decided to look for something with a lower price point. When I was finally ready to purchase, I went in the store with the intent to buy something else. Then I saw this one was on sale for just a little more than my other choices and decided to just put the extra in and get the one I really wanted. No regrets! I love the auto fill pitcher and the dual ice maker. It is so spacious and easy to find everything. The flex drawer is amazing and I plan to use it as that. Right now it’s in “deli” mode but when I need more freezer space, it will be converted to a freezer drawer! I love it! It’s so pretty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one nice Fridge, it's large enough to hold several large party trays, and had separate ice maker which produces both large and smaller cubes.Freezer is one of the largest we have seen. So, if you need a fridge big enough for a family, suggest you check this one out

Atrocious quality for a mid-$2000 product! Bought in July 2022, was super pleased with it. Now, about 3y later, fridge/freezer will not cool down to set temperatures, remaining somewhat cool. Worse is that the freezer is at 40F!!! Going through the online forums, this appears to be a common issue. Not much help from Samsung, who've requested to file a service request. Who knows how much that is going to cost...My wife and I've been loyal Samsung customers, I suppose it is time to rethink this.
