Great Usability

Bought this a year ago and it has been a pleasure to look at it while feeling confident of the many functions this fridge has. Bought on a whim because of the look and it had so much added space and functionality. Highly recommend this product

I love the real clean look of the Bespoke.

Customer service

I’m not happy their customer service. I was so confident about Samsung brand, but I was wrong. It is hard to connect customer service. I need to setup my refrigerator for water line. I couldn’t use water and ice. No one helps me.
