I am not impressed, as both my wife and I received bits with the device out 30 minutes prior to going out. We have to try it again, but I cannot get bits until my upcoming surgery at the end of September, so my surgery is not cancelled.

They work fine, BUT, extremely expensive for what it is. You have to time 4 hrs for each pad. If you forget, which is very easy to do it now becomes double expensive because the gas keeps burning.

I found this to be easy to use and very simple to refill with the cartridges. Although it's winter time I turned it on in the house and I did not get any bad smell from it. I will be taking with me on the road when I travel in my motorhome.

I live & garden next to a bog. DEET aside, this is my _most_ effective flying-insect repellent. Thermacell portable device when I'm in my yard, and Thermacell lantern when I'm on my porch. Can I buy stock?

I have been using Thermacells since they first came on the market when they were "As Seen On TV". Especially this year with it being so hot in the south Im still using mine today. Dec 22

Excellent customer service. Responded quickly to enquires and fixed an issue I was responsible for. The product itself is great. Keeps our deck clear of mosquitos. When working outside I put it under the table and my ankles are bite free.

I was surprised of the result . It is very efficient but I would like it last longer (all night long).Went hunting last fall and found this product very good better than the one used before.
