I found this to be easy to use and very simple to refill with the cartridges. Although it's winter time I turned it on in the house and I did not get any bad smell from it. I will be taking with me on the road when I travel in my motorhome.

I am not impressed, as both my wife and I received bits with the device out 30 minutes prior to going out. We have to try it again, but I cannot get bits until my upcoming surgery at the end of September, so my surgery is not cancelled.

The refills are great, but they are a little expensive and they don't last long. if you decide to go with Thermocell products keep in mind that you will forever have to buy refills. It's really an investment.

Excellent customer service. Responded quickly to enquires and fixed an issue I was responsible for. The product itself is great. Keeps our deck clear of mosquitos. When working outside I put it under the table and my ankles are bite free.

We have been using Thermacell for years and I cannot say enough about how effective they are. We live in the SC Low Country and mosquitoes LOVE me. I would not be able to go outside or sit on my porch without my Thermacell lantern.

My wife attracts mosquitoes like a red flower, hummingbirds. Mosquitoes love her. The Thermacell has kept our patio clear of the pests so we can enjoy evenings outside together. Great results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works extremely well. I did see this item on Amazon for a little less but I’ve had problems with Amazon fulfillment from time to time so went with Walmart this time.

I would have given 5 stars but the fact that UPS could not get them here on the original date was a huge detriment. Not sure why anyone is still using them to ship product.
