[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love so many features the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has. The snack tray section is a wonderful idea. My kids are college age and this is their go to section. I love the water pitcher it helps when filling everyone’s glasses at dinner time and with filling itself back up to fill a water bottle for sports. The shelves are large enough to hold large milk bottles and trays of food. I’m so happy to have two ice options and how fast the freezer keeps up with replenishing ice we haven’t been without ice during our weekly family dinner of 9 grown adults.A couple of downsides is I’m still trying to get the Blue tooth option to connect and the stainless steel doors is a little too thin. The overall configuration is very well thought out. I have recommend it to several friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge. I think it serves it's purpose. Let's not forget, fridges are to cool our food. It does that. Lol, On a more serious note. I think it looks sleek and nice. It cools well and I haven't had any issues with the fridge itself. I bought it in May 2025 and it's currently September 2025 and still no issues. Now, on to some cons for me: it smudges VERY easily. Everyday I have to clean the surface because the smudges get bad and it's noticeable. I kind of wish I would have went with the glass panel ones. Another thing is that the ice maker tray drives me crazy. We don't really use it and it makes opening the freezer door more complicated. Like it feels harder to open and this is because of the top shelf in the freezer which has the ice maker. The lights in the freezer also annoy me. The bottom shelf itself is dark, and the only way to see well is to push the top one in (the shelf with the ice maker) and again, as I stated earlier, it's kind of hard to push in and makes the whole thing annoying. Those are my complaints for the freezer. As for the actual fridge (top), there's not much complaints. I guess that little sliding shelf (the one you can adjust in or out for tall drinks) seems flimsy and like it can break. I don't trust it's integrity so I try not to mess with it much. Other than that, so far so good. I recommend it if those things don't bother you.

My favorite feature is the self filling water pitcher. There is so much space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The white glass is absolutely beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my new Samsung refrigerator and from the onset, it is performing beyond my expectations. I love the various doors and drawers it has as well as the refillable water container it came with. I have lots of storage space and the Wi-Fi feature allow me to know if I happen to leave a door open. There are other Wi-Fi enabled features which helped me set the proper controls on the fridge as well.I know my electric bill has come down a lot based on this and. other recently purchased items. Bottom line, a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I had to sum it up: This fridge is a strong choice if you want high style + high functionality in your kitchen, care about design, and will take advantage of the advanced features (beverage center, flexible drawer, large capacity). On the flip side, if you’re more price-sensitive, prefer simpler reliability over lots of bells & whistles, or have a tight space / cabinetry that must align exactly, you might want to consider a somewhat simpler model (or make sure installation and calibration are done carefully).

My only issue with the fridge is the size capacity of the fridge for a family and the difficulty to clean the shells and compartments when something leaks enough to literally take apart the entire fridge and for people who may have auditions that are difficult for bending down or grind on floor having the freezer And buttons in the freezer down below and make it difficult as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a horrible time with our previous Samsung refrigerator as the ice machine in the door keep freezing up. After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.
