With the carbon block filtration, you can genuinely tell it removes that “old fridge taste” that off-brands never seem to get rid of. Installation was incredibly easy — it took less than a minute. You just twist the old one out and twist the new one in (turn your water off behind the fridge first so that it doesn't leak). No leaks, no forcing anything, no complicated steps. It fit perfectly on the first try. It'll click in place. I also appreciate that it lasts a full six months, and the flow rate stays consistent the entire time instead of slowing down after a few weeks. You get reliable performance all the way through. Yes, it costs a little more than generic filters that are manufactured who knows where, but I believe the quality truly justifies the price. Cleaner water, better-tasting ice, reliable filtration, and zero installation hassle. Looks big, but when installed, it's out if sight entirely. It's also silent when installed properly - no sliding, rattling, or moving around, even when opening and closing drawers. Highly recommended if you want genuine quality and peace of mind.

The capacity is bugger than we thought it has no problem cooling and keep foods fresh. I like how we can add and customize pictures as well as the color panels. The water and ice dispensing stills the show when we have guest.

It works well with SmartThings and keeps you updated on general use and care of the fridge. Its large enough for family of 4 and I love that it lets me know when the fridge doors are open, when the filter needs to be changed and general power consumption. Its by far one of the best buys I’ve made in the past few years.

I also love that I have the option to power cord anything that I put into the freezer or fridge for fresher crisper items And the biggest thing that I loved about this was that it is very efficient and it works with my smart home to keep me updated on anything that it needs . The power freeze and cool on this refrigerator is amazing . I also love that I could change the colors of the Glass to match my aesthetics. I love the sleek luck and the way I am able to either get water or a picture of flavored water From the water dispenser.

My favorite feature is the beverage center it’s honestly a game changer. Having easy access to drinks just makes everyday life so much more convenient, especially with a busy household. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the door occasionally sticks, which can be a little frustrating. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but definitely something to note.

Love that I can monitor from my phone. Love the placement of the water dispenser, and that it has a pitcher for water that autofills, with an option to add fruit to the infusion holder.

It offers a sleek, modern design that instantly upgrades the kitchen, and the customizable look is a huge bonus. The interior is spacious, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for groceries, beverages, and freezer storage. I also appreciate how well it maintains temperature and keeps food fresh longer. The features are convenient, user-friendly, and make daily use easy. My only concern is with the top left door latch, which tends to stick fairly often. Because of this, the door doesn’t always close properly unless you double-check it, which can be frustrating and could potentially affect cooling efficiency if unnoticed. Aside from that one issue, this refrigerator performs very well and has been a solid purchase. If Samsung could improve the door latch reliability, it would be nearly perfect.
