[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge! The only thing I wish was different was the material on the outside of the fridge. I am constantly wiping of fingerprints. Other than that, it holds more than enough food. The middle drawer makes it so easy to store fruits and veggies. I love that I am able to adjust the temp between the top of the fridge and the drawer. I also love that I was able to get an app to control the temp and make ice. I also love how the middle shelf on the top is adjustable. The entire layout of the fridge is perfect.

The quality of ice is good but we are concerned w/the frosting and amount of ice produced. The outside is beautiful but does show fingerprints. All in all - we like the new refrigerator, our previous was a Samsung as well for 14 years.

I would have to say the worst part is trying to get my extra panels as part of our purchase rebate, it seems impossible to find a human being.

Being able to choose a color that was beyond black, white, or silver initially interested us and the design added to the modern look we were wanting. There is SO much room, and we love that it is all customizable, from the shelves inside to the door shelves, you can choose how you want to arrange it. The beverage center is fantastic for a quick water bottle fill up, and we always have a cold pitcher of water or iced tea ready to go. Lastly, the freezer is another huge space and the two different ice options are fantastic! We loved it so much we ended up purchasing the entire Bespoke suite with the dishwasher and oven. The navy is such a unique and subtle color, and each appliance offers so much versatility and efficiency. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and look forward to years of use with these appliances!

The top portion of the refrigerator has lots of space and flexibility to house items in the shelves and in the doors. The shelves can also be moved to accommodate you preference. I also included the indoor beverage center with the refrigerator order, which provides a nice clean look for the unit as well. This option also provides quick access to two of the indoor shelves of the refridgerator. The beverage center in the middle adds even more space and flexibility for items and this area has its temperature controls separate from the refrigerator. I used this capture bread, fruits, yogurt and drinks. This area has dividers as well that allow the consumer to change the shape of the area to accommodate items for a party. On to the freezer, this area has two sets of drawers for items of sorts. These drawers pull out and separate with ease. The freezer will produce two sizes of ice in different ice buckets within in the top layer.

Incredible look, easy to clean, very, very organized and the ice maker (2 types of ice) is something you didn't know you needed. The beverage center is unbelievably great. Always have cold water in a pitcher (we've added cucumbers and now lemons-yum! Was thinking of redoing some things in the kitchen but this and the Bespoke induction range (along w/a new washable runner) has totally changed the look. Large capacity fridge makes entertaining a breeze!

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.
