I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

The top portion of the refrigerator has lots of space and flexibility to house items in the shelves and in the doors. The shelves can also be moved to accommodate you preference. I also included the indoor beverage center with the refrigerator order, which provides a nice clean look for the unit as well. This option also provides quick access to two of the indoor shelves of the refridgerator. The beverage center in the middle adds even more space and flexibility for items and this area has its temperature controls separate from the refrigerator. I used this capture bread, fruits, yogurt and drinks. This area has dividers as well that allow the consumer to change the shape of the area to accommodate items for a party. On to the freezer, this area has two sets of drawers for items of sorts. These drawers pull out and separate with ease. The freezer will produce two sizes of ice in different ice buckets within in the top layer.

The no handle doors are great and the four doors are very convenient. The long middle drawer is great for odd size foods and I can change the temperature accordingly. My fave door is the water pitcher and 2 shelves. I keep my heavy cream in there which makes it very handy to grab in the morning for my coffee. Overall, I'm very pleased with every aspect of this refrigerator and it's extremely quiet.

This is the worst fridge ever! Do not waste your money. The warranty is a lie. Samsung will send out a company to steal your money then tell you they can't do the work. Samsung is horrible. Took 8 weeks lawyer year for them to honor the warranty and replace the cooling system in a 1year old fridge. Then one year later and the cooling system and ice maker go out again. Now Samsung is saying it's still warranty but they can't get anyone out to fix it. Even though I have found 3 companies that will fix it. Samsung is the worst company in the world to deal with when it comes to a warranty. This makes 2 years in a row that my family and I have been without a fridge for 8weeks (first time) and 4weeks so far this time and still no fridge. Honestly save your money no matter how much you like the product, because your dealing with a company that doesn't care about you or your family's inconvenience, they only care about themselves and they will drive you up a wall until you decide to give up and go buy something else. Take my word for it. This is a horrible investment and this is the worst company I have ever felt with when it comes to them backing there product.

I love this fridge but it is super hard to take out and put back in the trays. The list annoying part is we've had it almost 2 months and the middle fewer is already having trouble closing. Apparently the warranty doesn't last very long as it is already expired. Hoping it doesn't get any worse considering what we paid for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Samsung refrigerator, our first worked fine but we liked the look and color choice on our new one and I keep a second fridge in the garage as overflow and we keep drinks for kids since we have a gym in the garage. This is our Samsung refrigerator and we love the sleek, elegant look it gives our kitchen. I like that the beverage center is inside the fridge and the auto refill pitcher is awesome. It has plenty of room I just wish it had a shelf for taller bottles, milk gallons and or pitchers (we make our own homemade teas). And even though the ice maker is in the freezer area I was still able to fit a lot in it. I'll just have to contact customer service about it not making enough ice. We've had it for about two weeks now and the ice maker has never filled up either side. I also like that the center drawer can be adjusted to what your putting in there and you can adjust the temperatures. You can store cans upright and bottles laying down .

They need to do the right thing and replace it. Wasted a whole bunch of food. It's been weeks and our brand new fridge is unusable. Very disappointed

THIS BESPOKE 4-DOOR FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR IS A STATEMENT MAKER FOR EVERYONE THAT COMES TO MY HOME. I LOVE THE LOOK OF IT. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANY OTHER ORDINARY APPLIANCE. ITS COLOR IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH. ONCE AGAIN THE WAIT WAS THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH, THE SEAMLESS LOOK AND STYLE OF THIS APPLIANCE.

The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process. My house is brand new—it's only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.
