The first thing everyone notices is the Morning Blue Glass—it looks premium and hasn't lost its shine. Performance-wise, it's been flawless. The ice making is incredibly fast, and we love having the two different sizes (especially the smaller Ice Bites). The 29 cu. ft. capacity is massive; we never struggle to fit everything after a big shopping trip. Most importantly, we've had no issues or repairs in the first twelve months. Highly recommended if you want a mix of style and high-volume performance.

Love that I can monitor from my phone. Love the placement of the water dispenser, and that it has a pitcher for water that autofills, with an option to add fruit to the infusion holder.

The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. The middle drawer flex space is amazing too, with the ability to change the temperature and storage use. Of course when paired with the smart things app, it’s really great to customize, monitor, and change settings remotely which is very convenient. The cooling capacity features a wide range of options throughout with the ability to section off the cooling areas. Truly a modern marvel.

Love the middle compartment, which is an easy access for the kids for their daily snack and can be easily organized. The access to the water source in the front plus the bonus jug that refills on its own is a plus point. I love that the fridge has a icemaker at the bottom, which is easy to access and convenient. Our old fridge had the icemaker on the front of the door and it took a lot of the storage space. It was not convenient for the kids to use & we always had a mess of ice or water on the floor.

Giving options to dispense water and a secret door to access common drinks like juice and milk is genius. The capacity of the fridge, especially the bottom freezer gives us more than enough space. However sometimes the freezer doesn't fully close so you have to be careful when closing it. The front glass and customization looks nice, want all my appliances to match.

We like the water dispenser on the outside, but water should over the cups easily, that's why the 4 stars. Other wise a great refrigerator. I also have it connected to my phone... Tells me when fridge is opened or closed... Could be an issue if your other half is trying to watch what they are eating and you know every time the fridge is opened! Lol

The interior is spacious, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for groceries, beverages, and freezer storage. I also appreciate how well it maintains temperature and keeps food fresh longer. The features are convenient, user-friendly, and make daily use easy. My only concern is with the top left door latch, which tends to stick fairly often. Because of this, the door doesn't always close properly unless you double-check it, which can be frustrating and could potentially affect cooling efficiency if unnoticed. Aside from that one issue, this refrigerator performs very well and has been a solid purchase. If Samsung could improve the door latch reliability, it would be nearly perfect.

I dislike the drawers that seem to be the go to with many brands because they lack space. The flex with its mini lower "fridges" have so much room and the main compartment is huge, with spacious storage on the doors. I love the option of an additional mini fridge for my fruits and veggies and an on-hand freezer to complement my large garage freezer. I went with stainless steel, but it's pretty nifty that I can buy panels to match my fancy. Overall, I'm very happy, I love that I can set times for making ice, whether or not my pitcher is prefilled, manage my flex zones it's fancy without being over the top!Everyone that sees my fridge has been impressed and has said that it'll be their next purchase.
