I appreciate the door alarm as I have a child who often leaves the drawer open after grabbing his snack. Keeps food at the temperature that we like.

I also love that I have the option to power cord anything that I put into the freezer or fridge for fresher crisper items And the biggest thing that I loved about this was that it is very efficient and it works with my smart home to keep me updated on anything that it needs . The power freeze and cool on this refrigerator is amazing . I also love that I could change the colors of the Glass to match my aesthetics. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To keep it simple it does its job, we've had this refrigerator for the past 3 years and no issues! The “beverage section” is an awesome add, I like that you don't have to open the whole refrigerator to get water or drinks. The customization of the drawer helps keep things cool based on what you out in there and can change your selection on the app. It's not perfect sometimes the water pitcher doesn't fill and never know why.

I love that I can adjust the drawer to a deli temp for meats and cheeses or a beverage temp for juices and water. Water dispenser pitcher is wonderful for the table while still having access to a secondary water supply. Filter notification makes it very efficient with no guessing of when to do it. Cooling is a plus too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge its self is amazing. The auto fill water pitcher is literally the best feature of this machine. I'll never buy a fridge without it. It's the only way I get water from my fridge. And talk about ice capacity. I'll never run out of ice. The only issue is the ice doesn't level itself out so I do have to pull the ice forward to have it produce more ice. But even so it makes ice so quickly. Somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds of ice a day. Great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older Samsung due to repeated issues with the ice dispenser leaking, not making ice, freezing up, and no longer being usable.. After researching for quite a while, we decided to try the updated Samsung Bespoke model. The ice maker in this model is not in the fridge section, but is in the freezer section where it belongs. So far we have only had one ice maker issue and that was due to the freezer section not being closed all the way. Operator error, not a Samsung issue. A simple reset button press fixed that. Otherwise the fridge is an excellent unit. The 'never empty' water pitcher was an excellent addition. We customized the doors with the 'white glass' option and have not regretted that decision. Fingerprints are no longer a problem.

It looks modern and makes the kitchen feel upgraded. Only downside is the screen gets fingerprints, but that’s expected. And also the side door
