[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace another 4 door Samsung fridge that had warranty problems that could not be fixed. This 4-door model is nice. The drawer holds cans of soda as well as vegs. the settings give me the latitude to change to 4 different temps. The freezer and ice tray are very adequate and hold everything needed for our family. It's nice being able to control this refrigerator from my phone. changing temperatures or turning the ice maker on or off as needed and the power freeze or cool settings, very nice. The beverage center allows filling a glass with cold water speedier than using the water dispenser. The ice bins with two sizes is a nice touch and never run out of ice. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of this Bespoke refrigerator.

And I used the middle drawer for bottled drinks but the beverage center water pitcher is the perfect cherry on top!! Couldn't be more thrilled!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge. Tons of freezer and fridge space for a family of 4. The flex drawer is a very cool idea and we load it up with easy to grab snacks for the kids. The beverage center is perfect - I use the pitcher a lot more than I thought I would. It's great for filling up large water bottles quickly. The dual ice maker is a hit as well. Only small complaint is that it's deceptively bulky in the front so it sticks out a bit more than we realized.

I bought this in August of 2021, and while the overall experience has been nice we've had a few issues that are souring our opinion. We enjoy having the right side door shelf access, and the shelving configuration is quite good. An average grocery load fits rather easily, and having adaptability to accommodate a gallon of milk and a crock pot at the same time is welcome. The doors all open easily, but shut firmly and the door alarm has saved me more than a couple times. However, there have been a few problems, ordered here from least to most important. The ice maker, while perfectly functional, does tend to frost and ice over quite rapidly. If you go a few days without using ice, it can be a little hard to get started again. It always sounds like you're getting crushed ice, even when dispensing cubes. Out of the box, the door mounted water pitcher leaked like a sieve from the seal between the lid and the body. I looked into replacing it, and it was surprisingly expensive to replace. Later attempts to remold the plastic, unsurprisingly, failed. A month after, we left some lemons in there too long, and discovered that citric acid can degrade and eat away at polystyrene, of which the inner diffuser and outer pitcher is made. In December of 2023, we noticed problems with the Freezer maintaining setpoint (SP = -8°F, Act. = 26-39°F). Contacted Samsung, and they sent out a tech who diagnosed and recharged the refrigerant. Now, 4 months later we're starting to have the same problem again with food thawing. Keeping food cold is the primary purpose of a refrigerator, and a paltry 2.5 year lifespan is appallingly fast to experience problems like this.

I love my refrigerator. I like that I can choose my panels for the combination that works for me. I am also about to get a new set of panels if I can figure out how to order them! It will be fun to change them out for something new sometimes. The refrigerator itself works really well and I love the water pitcher so much more than I thought I would. My only criticism is the ice scoop. It is awkward to have to slide the cover closed on the ice to get the scoop and then open it to get the ice and then close it again before putting the scoop back in place... It's a small thing compared to how much I love it though!

All is great EXCEPT Samsung has an offer for a second set of panels free. I tried to register for them but they said my receipt isn't valid. I bought the fridge on their website how can the receipt not be valid!!! No phone number to call or anything. Very bad Consumer service on that part of the sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best decision to go with bespoke design that matches with rest of the house and the best part is that I'm using it as a white board for grocery list, todays menu, note to kids, drawing pictures and having fun. It became part of the family very early and easily.
