[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek appearance, the glass front is stylish and does not show fingerprints like stainless steel. It has a large capacity, including ample crisper drawers. The flex drawer is extremely nice to have, as is being able to customize the temperature of each compartment (fridge, flex drawer, and freezer). It runs very quietly and efficiently. I have a reverse osmosis filter, so the ability to bypass the use of a fridge water filter by just removing it is very nice. It's also quick and easy to access to replace if you do use fridge filters. I love the self refilling pitcher so I don't have to wait to fill up a larger container of water, it's always ready to go! The only issue is with the pitcher is that it can be hard to clean the lid with some of the crevices it has. I would prefer the pitcher was made of glass to simplify cleaning and not worry about the potential for scratches with scrubbing it. The fridge itself though is very easy to clean!

We have a bit of a slow ice maker, I think, because the containers are often empty/near empty all of the time. There are 3-5 people in the house, and I know we all take a bit, but even next morning when nobody's touched it, it's still fairly empty. Probably my biggest complaint. It's nice enough looking, but we'll see if it stays that way!

The settings to change the drawer temperature works great to keep different items cool depending on what you have. I just wish the ice dispenser was the one with the spherical ICE option however it does work great.

The shelves were easy to reset to fit the way I wanted to set up the layout that fits me. I was concerned about not having in the door ice and water but the clean look and the beverage door are well worth the change.

The capacity is so much better, It's efficient, and I absolutely love how it dispenses the water & ice! I haven't had any issues whatsoever with ice or the water dispensers I absolutely love my Samsung refrigerator !

Has unbelievable amount of room versatility with the customization of the shelves they slide in and out and move up and down. The convenience of being able to open the exterior door to grab things out of the door instead of having to open the whole door is a very cool feature. They adjustments for temperatures in different zones of the refrigerator as a GameChanger dual shelves in the freezer that slide in and out individually, and it has a great water filtration system for water and ice.

Amazed by the amount of space the whole unit has considering the little space it takes up in the kitchen. Also love how it dispenses two different ice sizes. Also love that I can control everything through the app. It even tells me when I need to replace the water filter.
