[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator just over a month and we are very pleased. The flex drawer is wonderful for keeping meats and cheese fresh for longer. We also enjoy the clean look and the door within a door. The automatically filling cold water pitcher is great. Plenty of ice and room in the freezer. Really quiet.

I wish I had never bought this fridge. The temperature in the fridge compartment has been inaccurate from the start. It runs at least 5 degrees warmer than it should be, but sometimes 10+ degrees warmer. I have bought multiple fridge thermometers and a temperature gun -- they all show that the fridge runs warm. The temperature also fluctuates for no apparent reason. I had a repairman here recently. He said the sensor was giving an error message, so he replaced it. The fridge still does not work right. This morning I woke up and although the fridge was set at 34, and had not been opened for 12+ hours, the temperature inside was 45 degrees. I subsequently removed certain food items and placed a food thermometer in them, which confirmed that the food was outside the safe temperature range. I don't feel safe keeping my food in the fridge. I will now have to replace this appliance at great personal cost. I am so angry about this whole experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this fridge for about 2 weeks, so I'm still learning about it. That being said, there are some things that I really like, and some things that I wish were more like my old Samsung 297 model. Mostly, at this point, I'm concerned about the dimensions of the shelving and drawers. So far it has been difficult for me to come up with a "set-up" that is logical. For example, keeping similar items near each other. Unbelievably, given the size of this unit, I am running out of space when I try to organize as I would like. Of course, this might change as I have time to play around with the arrangement. A positive is that it looks fantastic!

We have never been so excited about a major appliance!! We have so much more room than our old side by side and the beverage station is everyone’s favorite with all of our drinks in one spot and an easy to reach shelf for my granddaughter! Also love the flex middle drawer which keeps all of our cheeses and lunch meats within easy reach and viewing. We look forward to getting extra panels so that we can change the colors on this too. Just can’t recommend this fridge enough!!

The ice is abundant! The auto fill water pitcher is wonderful. I wish that the shelves had more options for height adjustment beyond the two provided. I have and will continue to recommend this beautiful refrigerator.

There is so much space and by having the ice making machine in the freezer, it opens up a lot of space, unlike most refrigerator designs. The water station is excellent, I use it almost daily. The middle drawer is great for cans and any other small items like cheese or small containers/tubs. Even with the ice maker in the freezer, there's still plenty of space inside the freezer. The ability to swap out the panels for different colors is also amazing. This is a purchase that you feel no regrets.

The pitcher in the door is very convenient and it fills up automatically. The interior of the fridge is very roomy. It also has two types of ice that are in the lower freezer compartment. I love not having the ice on the outside. It makes the fridge easier to clean and no ice or drips on the floor. Hopefully, it will stand the test of time.
