Solid piece of furniture, and provides a deceiving amount of storage

The console is beautiful. Good quality piece. What didn't work was the delivery service.

Ordered this console first on came damaged ok things happen so it was reordered waiting another2 weeks. The second one was damaged and they damaged my new hardwood floors. Waiting on my credit and cost to repair my floor...

Received first tv stand damaged, they sent replacement quickly and it was damaged. I don't feel comfortable ordering a 3rd. Definitely fedex damaged 2nd straps failed. But definitely not happy.

I received this 3 months ago and I am so happy with it! It looks more expensive than it was and goes really well with my furniture. I love the metal trim at the bottom and the Glass center doors. You can’t go wrong with this piece.

We just received the dark brown console and it is beautiful! There were no issues with it being damaged. Great piece of furniture at a terrific price with it being on sale...although it's worth the regular price even if it wasn't on the sale. I had priced others elsewhere that were at least over $1,000. Setting up delivery was easy too.

It was delivered completely assembled and there were no scratches, scuffs, or discoloration. It’s also very sturdy and looks great in our family room. Sam’s customer service during the delivery and price matching was well above my expectations. Overall, great buying experience and I’ll definitely consider more pieces from Sam’s in the future.

I bought this TV and multi-media console in January. It arrived in less than a week! It was FULLY ASSEMBLED (except for the furniture tipping restraint). The gentleman who delivered it, unpacked it, put the box and other packings in our garage and made sure it was in perfect shape!! Called the company to find out how much weight the console would hold and was told 250 lbs. Our TV weighs only 88 lbs so we're ok!!

The quality is good and solid wood. Size is perfect for our home. But the color is terrible. We ordered light brown but the one we received is dull reddish, matte color not shiny at all, does not go with floor and other furniture. The product description should have mentioned the color properly. The dark brown might be more closer but don't want to take a chance again, also Sam's club site is showing dark brown is not available. Sorry but returning looks to be the only option.

Delivery team is awesome, nice and friendly. Keep us up to date of delivery time. Delivery in time, help us unpack and make sure the TV stand is nice and in good shape. Color is right as picture describe. With this price, we are very pleased.
