Just received this today - it was a day early and not a convenient time. But it arrived! We expected it to be delivered inside our house. The delivery man was going to leave it outside in the driveway until I ran out to object. He said we didn't pay for inside delivery. I did not know that was an option that I had to choose. I said my 82 year old husband and I could not possibly bring it inside and said that if they could not do so I would refuse the delivery. I also offered them a $20 tip to bring it in. The younger guy was not going to do it but he older gentleman sort of nudged him into doing so. After moving it about 50 ft and up a small step they dropped it inside my living room. I said I wanted to make sure it was undamaged so my husband and I took it out of the packaging. By the way, it was packaged very well. The fellow with the delivery slip was impatient and just wanted to get my signature. After about 5 minuted we had it unpacked enough to see it was probably okay. I gave them the $20 ( I usually do this for all deliveries anyway} and they left. They did not close the door or the yard gate. We do have one broken leg that goes under the middle of the console but I will deal with that shortly. Anyway the delivery was not good and ruined the day. The console is lovely and I would purchase it again but not if I had to deal with this delivery company.

We purchased 2 of these for our family room as we have a long wall. We struggled to find anything that my wife and liked and decided to 2 of these. The idea was that if we don't like them we can return them locally or sell them in the future. Shipping was on time and they arrived in perfect condition. They are packed really well. Tons of foam and carboard to dispose of. Once we got them in place we found there was a lot of room in these units compared to what we had prior. Once we got the 77" TV on the wall and area done my wife and I really like the look.

I purchased this unit discounted at $499 after reading reviews for some reasonable expectation of what was to come. Some customers reporting damage. Not having a good means to return something so large, I elected to purchase the offered insurance ($70) that would cover damage from delivery to years to come, something I rarely if ever do. The console was delivered two days early without prior notice while I was at home. I had them place the unit upright up from some small steps by my front door. Although I am 70 years old and under 130 lbs., I was able to use my 2-wheel truck/dolly to slowly back it into my living room with no problem. The console was extremely well packed, and fortunately no damage. I found one loose screw-in foot leveler in the carton that came off the one of the two mid placed leg supports. I was able to install it easily while it was still on the carton and then noticed both legs were loose but easily twist-tightened by hand (easier done before moved from the packing carton). Sam's indicated that the shelf supports 5 lbs. It is actually '50 lbs. (instructions), along with 150 lbs. for what you may place on top, such as a large television. I plan to use this for a multi-component stereo system and may likely have to drill a few holes (small circle drill) for cables between the three main areas, as planned before making this purchase.

I just received my stand 20 minutes ago. The delivery guy said he's not allowed to come inside the home so he dropped it off on my front porch. Looking at the box it was damaged in a lot of areas. I had to get help bringing in the heavy box. When opening the box carefully because of how damaged the box was I noticed a hole in the back of the stand. I have pictures to submit so your company can see how I received the stand. I love the quality of the stand but it has been ruined. I was in the process of ordering another item but that will be a no go. My overall rating would be 5 stars but given the delivery service and the damages I had to settle with 2.

The delivery truck dropped this console in foyer of my home and left. If I had known they were not going to put in the location I wanted I would’ve had them put in the garage. My question to Sam’s club is how was I supposed to know it would not be delivered to the proper location in my home. I had no shipping option just free shipping for Plus members. Nowhere was it indicated that it would be left at my front door. Why would Sam’s Club think I would want this large piece of furniture in my foyer.

The quality and size of the unit is perfect and a great price. Delivery guys were amazing. It's the color, we ordered light brown weathered oak- it is very red, looks awful with our flooring and open concept house. The dark brown would of been a better fit. I am sorry to say that this would of been a 5 except for color. the description should of noted the reddish color. It is not LIGHT BROWN- WEATHERED OAK. I don't want a return , but an exchange would be greatly appreciated.

This cabinet is sturdy! Soft-close door hinges were a surprise. The unit came extremely well packed and no assembly was required. You do need two or more people to move it into your home. Exactly the color as displayed in the pictures. I was fortunate to purchase when a discount was offered which made it an exceptional value.
