We hesitated to buy a large piece of furniture online. What if we didn't like it! But we decided to take a chance and are so happy we did. The delivery was several days earlier than originally scheduled so we didn't have to wait. The trucking company deserves applause for their service. They called a day ahead to arrange the delivery time and arrived when expected. Although only required to drop it off in our garage or at our front door, the delivery person helped us get it through our front door. Otherwise it would have been quite a project for these two 70+ year-olds to get it up the step. It's HEAVY! The most difficult obstacle we had was to uncrate it as it was very securely packed. It probably took us at least an hour, but the packing was worth it because it arrived without so much as a scratch. It's a beautiful, substantial piece of furniture with good storage space, self-closing doors and nicely finished. There's nothing about it that looks cheap and it is well-made and very sturdy. The color was quite true to the picture and what I wanted. Although called light brown, I would call it a medium brown, such as pecan or fruitwood. The price was very good compared to similar items we looked at. Overall, we're very satisfied.

Item was packed very well to prevent damage. It is well made and has plenty of storage. I like that it has larger opening for cords since my sound system has several cable bundled together. The finish is really nicely well done. Adjustable shelves are a winner to.

Absolutely blown away by this entertainment center. Very sturdy and beautiful. No assembly required makes this a perfect 10.

This is really pretty, seems to be solid wood. The 1st one we ordered was damaged which was sent back. The 2nd one was good. The only problem is the delivery process because they can only leave it outside an entry way. Being older this was problematic, would have paid a little extra for them to bring it inside

This makes a great solid piece to any living room. Tons of storage space. A good amount of display behind glass for things to not get dusty.

Such a nice tv console. It took some time to arrive, but so worth it. It was perfectly cushioned, packed, protected. So much packaging material. It is beautiful and looks great with our 65 inch tv.

Beautiful piece of furniture! I ordered the light brown and it looked like it would match the rest of our furniture but it came much lighter than it appeared in the photos. Also, it never stated when I ordered the piece that you had to arrange an appointment to get delivery. I wish I would have known that when I ordered it as well.

First one came with a damaged leg. Second try came with bent leg and cracked back. Both boxes were completely sealed. This makes me think the manufacturer is sending out damaged consoles to Sam’s customers. Terrible quality control from Abbyson.
