Such a nice tv console. It took some time to arrive, but so worth it. It was perfectly cushioned, packed, protected. So much packaging material. It is beautiful and looks great with our 65 inch tv.

High quality construction and plenty of storage space for gaming consoles and accessories. Keeps everything tidy and looks great. It arrived assembled and undamaged. It’s heavy so I needed help placing it but setup was easy. It was definitely an unbeatable deal at the sale price for such a high quality item.

This is a great piece of furniture. We love that it is solid wood and came assembled. It’s also has easy close hinges. It is a nice transitional style that fits well with other furniture and decor. We looked a long time for a piece to put under out TV, and we are very happy with this piece.

This is a very nice, quality piece for the price. Sam's had a super savings deal at $350 off so I grabbed one, not expecting much. This is assembled already so you don't need to spend the day putting it together. The packaging is outstanding, there is lots of it so prepare your trash/recyclable bins to handle it all. It ships Fedex freight and I received it in 3 days, only issue is Fedex since they don't call with a delivery time. It was left on my front porch so I had to lug this 200 lb box into the house. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Arrive with slight unnoticeable damage in the back, looks good, delivery guys were very helpful and accommodating.

Looks great! I thought it might be damaged when I received it because of some damage to the cardboard box. But it arrived undamaged, without a scratch. The extra packaging did it's job.

Shipping crate arrived at Estes Freight Co in really bad condition, noted by Shipper. When we opened the box, we were afraid of what we would find and sure enough one top corner of this really great looking media console was bashed in. What a frustrating shame to see this damage to this fine piece of furniture and now the hassle begins....

Alright so, the stand itself is nice but will almost certainly arrive with at least some small damage. Just about every review here mentions a broken piece or something dented or scratched, and mine was no different. Cracked piece on one of the corners and two random extra screws rattling around that I need to figure out where they go and get them back in, along with a decent sized scuff on one side. Stand itself is lovely, but will absolutely have some minor damage that you'll have to either be fine with, or deal with the hassle of a return and get a replacement that will likely have damage anyway. On top of that, delivery was dreadful. It was arranged through AIT Worldwide, who scheduled a time and did indeed show up in that window. Two guys that spoke virtually no english dropped it off, plopping the box in the room and shoving something in my face to sign it and take the delivery. Guy kept his hand over the top of the screen to try and block what exactly I was signing, and questions about the delivery were met with blank stares and repeating to me to sign. Getting it unpacked and out of the box, getting rid of the enormous box and ridiculous amounts of styrofoam, was an absolute nightmare. There is so much packing material, which is a good thing to keep it safe, but it was five trash bags worth of it along with having to break down the gargantuan box it came in, along with the wood slabs it was shipped on. Not worth it overall, wish I'd gone with ordering from somewhere else and get it delivered by someone that takes away all the trash with delivery.
