Picture quality is dark, its only 1080p not 4k but said it was 4k. Sound is not that loud need to add a sound bar for better sound

Had to reset TV after going through 45 minutes of setup. Took over an hour to get it setup to watch.

It was a great price, beautiful picture instructions was good, I just had a hard time going from a Roku. But all is well

Spent most of the day trying to get TV set right. Pre-installed apps would not load at all. Still have not got it corrected.

the tlpictire quality is okay, jist as good as my older TVs but the sound is not good no matter the setting, its not the same.

love this tv. very easy to navigate and has plenty of free channels to watch. would recommend to family and friends.

The speakers rattle. To download a station I watch every day it wants me to buy NFL that I can’t afford

The screws for the mounting feet were insanely difficult to tighten all the way. Other than that, great deal for black friday.

The sound is terrible and the tv vibrates at a lower volume. The picture has imperfections as well…really disappointed with this purchase

Second day the screen went blank. Then green. Then no sound. Fixed by unplugging but very frustrating.
